The Coral Cottage is a meticulously maintained two-bedroom retreat, just a 10-minute stroll from the boardwalk and another 10 minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants. Detached-family cottage nestled at the back of a three-unit property, this 850 sq. ft. gem is your cozy hideaway with a variety of bed types to suit all comfort needs—so pick your favorite before someone else does!

Parking in Santa Cruz can be like hunting for treasure, but lucky you—this property comes with a golden parking spot, complete with an EV plug-in. Additional vehicles can park on the street without a permit, so you can finally stop circling the block. The cottage is licensed for up to 8 guests, so bring your friends and make some memories!

The Coral Cottage has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a nice meal, appetizers, or bake a birthday cake. All pots, dishware, glassware, and utensils are available for guest use, along with commonly used spices, coffee, and tea. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, 12-cup coffee pot, single-serve Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, crockpot, hand mixer, and more.

All linens and towels are provided. Didn’t bring toiletries? No problem—soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and sanitizer are available for guest use. Beach chairs and beach towels ensure you have a fun time in the sand and surf. Sit and enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail on the small outdoor patio or gated back patio. Enjoy the artwork created by talented local artists displayed throughout the Coral Cottage!

For comfort, a portable air conditioner is available but rarely needed, thanks to the cool coastal breezes that keep Santa Cruz pleasantly cool each night. The 98-year-old home has a single heating unit that works effectively with the bedroom doors open; just keep it on low to avoid getting too warm.
