Your St. Simons Island adventure begins in this adorable 2 story, 2-bedroom condo right in the HEART of Pier Village. Park your car and walk everywhere. Our home is across the street from the beautiful Mallery Park, basketball & pickleball courts, baseball grounds, and a fun playground. You are just steps away from all of the amazing restaurants, shops, nightlife, live music, Saint Simons Island Pier and Lighthouse, a putt putt course, and the Neptune Park Fun Zone Pool! The beach is less than a half mile away, an easy walk or bike ride. Saint Simons has connecting sidewalks throughout the entire island for easy, safe bike riding.

Our property features 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, plus a half bathroom downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a cozy, plush queen bed and a beautiful view of Mallery Park. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a large blue futon that includes a full size mattress inside for additional sleeping. Kids (or adults!) can play on our Arcade game upstairs that offers Golden Tee plus over 30 additional games.

Downstairs you will find a lovingly decorated main room with a large, comfy couch where you can sit and relax and watch football or your favorite movie. We also offer an array of board games and a set of pickleball paddles/balls, a basketball and frisbee for fun across the street at the park and courts. There are so many activities for each member of the family.

Our clean, quaint kitchen has all the necessities for your stay, including a Keurig and a coffee bar for that morning cup of Joe. If you decide to cook in, we have all the kitchen essentials you will need, including pots, pans, baking sheets, oil, spices, spatulas and silverware. Our fully stocked kitchen also has dinnerware and red and white wine glasses for that evening happy hour. Speaking of the evening...one of the favorite activities in Saint Simons is to walk to the end of the pier to see our amazing, colorful sunsets!

Our condo offers a nice private, fenced in backyard patio with a dining table and umbrella and great nighttime lighting for those al fresco dinners. We also have a new large propane grill out back plus beach chairs and towels.
