It was a cute house. Had everything you needed. Hot tub was nice the dock was sturdy and nice to sit on and watch the fish.

The house was very clean and in a great location. Our grandkids had plenty to do with having a game room and kayaks. Our host was nice and easy to communicate with at anytime.

Christmas vacation

We planned to swim with manatees but found so many other wonderful things to do as well. The location of the house is perfect for taking a paddle up or down river. Up river is gorgeous and a quiet paddle of clear water and nature. Convenient to both state parks, manatee tours and even an airboat ride. We had the best time and will definitely be back!!

Great weekend gateway.

Pictures don't do this property any justice. House was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. We had a blast paddling up the river and also enjoyed catching fish and crabs from the deck. My family would definitely stay here again. Host meet all of our needs which were only small questions about checking out. Nice game room home was very spacious.

We had a fantastic time.Brought our 2 Granddaughtersone who celebrated her 10th Birthday with Family.We stayed on the River as much as we could .In the process we saw Dolphins & Manatees our entire stay .Watching the Dolphins & Manatees out on the deck was AMAZING .Definitely recommend this place .Perfect location.Thank you to our Host Sonia for checking on us during our stay !!

We had a decent stay. The 3 adults on the trip agree the stay gets 3 stars. The location is good & the activities were abundant & fun. The house was clean. The 3 stars are due to the MANY minor issues that became a LOT & the lack of a genuine offer of recompense for the stay. The issues were: mats on the floor are slippery & fall hazards, the sliding glass door lock was broken & the door itself was very difficult to open past a 2ft wide gap, the reverse water osmosis tap was broken at the base (it works but feels as though it's going to fall off), the master toilet seat was unstable, the 2nd shower made a loud squealing noise when running water & it didn't drain. Then, the dishwasher broke & couldn't be repaired. Sonia gave paper products since it was that, or leave the property & get a partial refund. We had nowhere else to go so we used the paper products & handwashed dishes. Then, we realized the kitchen sink pipe was broken, causing water to pool into the cabinet underneath. The last 1.5 days we had no way to clean dishes, so we were unable to effectively prepare food. Sonia asked how she could make it right. We requested a small refund but were told we could have 1 free extra day on our next stay, if used w/in 1 yr. Not all families can afford 2 trips in 1 yr. We accepted, though, since we didn't know what else to do, even though it is a way to require us to use them again in order to receive any kind of recompense & it does nothing to compensate for this actual trip.

My family and friends absolutely loved this property. It was clean, spacious and very family friendly. We had pretty much every amenity we needed to enjoy our trip. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hot tub, sauna and game room were awesome to have. The host was extremely responsive, I had a few questions and received answers every time within 5 minutes of sending them. I would 100% recommend this property

Amazing Riverfront Getaway!This river house exceeded every expectation! Waking up each morning to see manatees swimming right in the front yard was an unforgettable experience. Watching these gentle creatures from the dock with a cup of coffee felt like something out of a nature documentary.The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor space was our favorite part—beautiful river views, plenty of room to relax, and a fantastic BBQ grill that made evening cookouts a highlight of our trip. We spent our nights grilling fresh seafood, enjoying the sunset, and listening to the peaceful sounds of the river.The location was perfect for both relaxation and exploring the area. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or simply a place to unwind and reconnect with nature, this property is a hidden gem.We can't wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay. If you love wildlife, waterfront views, and peaceful Florida charm, book this place—you won't be disappointed!
