This spacious home has enough room to comfortably accommodate your entire group, making it a great option for large families or multiple families traveling together. Upstairs, you'll find two living rooms and three bedrooms, including an outdoor sunroom with a ping pong table. Downstairs, there's a large family room with five beds and two bedrooms, ensuring that everyone has their own space to relax and unwind.

In addition to the cozy indoor living spaces, "Moose Jam" boasts an impressive selection of outdoor amenities. Fire pits, outdoor seating with a fire pit, and a propane grill and smoker make it easy to enjoy the fresh mountain air and dine al fresco. And when you're ready for some indoor entertainment, head to the basement for a game of ping pong or foosball, or kick back and watch a movie on one of the smart TVs.

Staying connected is no problem at this home, thanks to high-speed fiber optic internet. And for those traveling with little ones, we provide a Pack-n-Play (though you'll need to bring your own linens). Plus, with self check-in and GPS directions directly to the house, it couldn't be easier to start your vacation right.

● Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am – please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.
● PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY a $300 fine will be applied for any pet brought on premises, as well as any cost to clean/restore accommodations.
● No unregistered guests allowed – All visitors must be listed on booking. Maximum of 15 guests allowed.
● No smoking inside the residence. This includes vapes or any form of smoking. A $500 fine plus any cost to clean/restore accommodations will apply.
● Parties or events are not allowed
● NO FIREWORKS
● Flush only toilet paper down toilets.
● TRASH – Dispose of trash according to the listing specific instructions. Never leave any trash OR food, including coolers outside! Wild animals live in the area and will get into the trash if left outside.
● HOT TUBS – NO GLASS, FOOD, DRINKS, PETS, LOTIONS, OILS, SOAPS, ETC. IN HOT TUBS. Always supervise children. Limit use to 15 minutes. DO NOT use if pregnant, in poor health, or under medical care.
● SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – Exercise extreme caution near the water, especially with children and watercraft. HOST is not responsible for accidents or injuries related to the water.
● WATERCRAFT – Some properties have kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, etc. available for your use. You are required to wear life jackets when using the watercraft. Return all watercraft and associated items to their original storage locations.
● WILDLIFE – Deer, bears, snakes, coyotes, etc. are prevalent in the area and can be aggressive. Please be cautious and never feed wild animals.
● DISHES – Please wash all dishes or fill and turn on the dishwasher when you check-out.
● COMMUNITY FINES – Guests must abide by all community, HOA, local law enforcement, etc. rules and are responsible for promptly paying any fines or citations incurred.
● If you open it, please close it. If you borrow it, please return it. If you turn it on, please turn it off. If you break it, please fix it. If you use it, please take care of it. If you make a mess, please clean it up. If you move it, please put it back.
● Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.' Be respectful of property lines, everything outside of our property is privately owned so please don’t trespass.
● If you plan to use the garage, there are two garage door remotes above the washer. You are welcome to use them during your stay. If you fail to return them when you leave, it will be $100 fine to replace each one.
● Unauthorized Late Check Out: $100/hr after the standard checkout time
● Excessive Cleaning: Rates vary depending on the extent of the additional effort
● Broken/Missing Items: Varies depending upon item and whether repair or replacement is required (as appropriate)
● Breaking Other House Rules: $500 minimum fine
