Big bunk room with Three queen size beds and one full hide a bed down in the living area makes for plenty of room for everyone in your beautiful family. Garage to park your snowmobiles or ATV's! The Kitchen is fully stocked for delicious home cooked meals and the ample dining seating gives everyone room. A large back deck for Barbequing and relaxing while nature takes over the background noise and the mountain air sets in. Want to eat out? no problem, Mountain Top retreat is close to great restaurants! Need something to do on a rainy day? Relax in a brand new 7 person Hot tub. Then kick back in the cabin playing on the pool table, or do a puzzle or watch a movie on Netflix. not only is Yellowstone national Park close and convenient, there are many other things to do ATV, kayak, Snowmobile, Family fun theatres, bike, hike, spot wild life such as moose, elk, deer, bear, and sandhill cranes. Wildlife is abundant so bring your camera! We are at about 6200 feet, so even in summer things can turn chilly. Bring a jacket and great hiking shoes to be safe as you walk the many trails. Great experience!

We came to Island Park for a snowmobiling trip with 8 people and the cabin was perfect! Plenty or foom for everyone and having the heated garage was fantastic. The cabin is very conveniently located and there is a nice parking area that easily fits multiple trucks and trailers.

Family Yellowstone trip

We had a blast! This cabin was perfect for our home base for our family trip to Yellowstone. All of the kids said it was the best trip ever, and we go to Yellowstone a couple times each year.

Family Yellowstone vacation

We stayed here for your yellowstone vacation. We loved this place. Place was clean and easy check in. Its about 25 minutes to west Yellowstone entrance and most restaurants.. Hot tub was clean and game room was an awesome addition. All the bed were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. So much to do at the cabin for the family. We weren't there much, but it was so nice for when we did have down time. Nice central location for heading to Yellowstone or staying local and enjoying Macks inn and island park.

Great place to stay!

Property is perfect for a large family or group of friends. It's located in a very nice area, and although it was a lot of driving, we were able to use it as a base to see both Yellowstone and Grand Teton Parks and Jackson Hole without changing locations. Our only regret is there was so much to see in 5 days, we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the hot tub and other amenities in the cabin!

Wonderful Cabin

This was a fantastic property that had everything. Plenty of room, comfy beds, stuff for the baby (the high chair was so convenient and saved us having to haul our own out to isalnd park), and the garage was full of fun activities. This was also a great home base for our adventures in island park and yellowstone! Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay here!

Amazing stay

Great location and easy access to get to main road, but feels like you are still secluded. Beds enough for adult children and spouses. Simple check in and check out process. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Thanks!

We had the best time in Island Park. This VRBO did not disappoint and was in the best location, we would absolutely stay again. The cleanliness of the home along with the functionality was top tier.

Top Notch Experience

This experience was the best we have had all around - from asking questions to the owners and quick responses while planning, to last minute questions and thoughts - the owners were amazing. Everything was exactly as advertised and even better - our family of 5 had a great time and the experience overall was incredible. We spent time in the hot tub, around the fire, played games in the garage and cooked every meal in the kitchen - everything worked great and exceeded expectations! The drive to West Yellowstone was amazing and it was over before you knew it - so many great things to say about this property - you will enjoy!

Excellent property

We had a great stay, the property is super clean and well stocked. The location is quiet, but close to the highway for quick access to a grocery store. The garage/gym was fun for our kids to play in. We would definitely stay here again.

Great mountain retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain Top Retreat in Island Park. Great location and easy access to West Yellowstone entrance to the park. The game room downstairs was a nice addition to the rustic cabin feel. Comfortable and spacious, we were very happy with our stay.

Good

Property was good for the most part. Cabin is right off the road and not set back in. We could hear highway traffic which was unfortunate and construction from near by cabins. Location overall is good…close to Yellowstone and Mack’s inn hubbub. I liked that cabin is new.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at Crystal and Jason's place. The place is nice and brand new. Crystal has provided us great check-in information. Also great useful information for visiting, entertainment, and restaurants nearby. Crystal and Jason were very responsive when any thing or request arose. It was a nice place to stay.

Ideal location and very welcoming home!

This was our first trip out west snowmobiling and skiing with the kids. We had an amazing time and this property made it extra special! Perfect location, very clean, cozy, and a great space for all of us to come “home” to at the end of the day! The game room was the best; great hangout for the kids! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
