The property was good quality for the price. Beach views from the balcony. We had 6 people in the room and we all fit nicely. The host was very accommodating. Overall the experience was awesome.

Had an issue with our neighbors tried to get the door code changed. They never came even though they said they would. And it was a really bad area did not feel safe.

Everything was amazing! Only thing I would bother to mention is that this place only has 2 parking passes for parking other wise any more you risk getting towed. We were a group of 5 persons coming from different directions, we had 4 cars. Also there was no staff at the front desk all weekend to check in and check out to. But all and all it was a perfect stay with an amazing view of the beach.

The room was beautiful with the ocean side in the background. However, we booked this room for four guests and you left us only two rolls so we had to buy more. The hand soap in the bathroom didn’t room. I understand wanting to save money on water, but the water pressure in the shower was horrible! Everyone was upset we were better off showering by the pool. It would be nice for you to leave us some coffee pots to use the coffee maker. The pull out beds were horrible could feel the springs I think you should go with cots and not spring beds. There was trash left from a previous tenant under one of the beds. I am pretty sure I saw a roach in the bathroom. For what we paid I guess we can’t complain too much but definitely expected things to be a little nicer is all. If we had kids this property would have been a no go.

The ad is deceitful (definitely older pictures) and showing this nice elaborate slide at pool, this is actually an amusement park further down the road.I booked this for six guest. We arrived. There were only three towels as far as dishes. Shampoo and hair conditioning and bar soap is like a hotel, there was one of each. There were not enough dishes or silverware to accommodate all of us either. Not to mention the seating there was a small folding table and two plastic chairs. Ad said there was a fireplace and washer that was nowhere to be found nor was there a barbecue grill. And also steaks games for kids. There’s a game room that you have to pay to play such as pool or shuffleboard and arcade games. I asked if I could get a late checkout and was told it would cost me an additional 28 for two hours. We need us to say I didn’t accept that. Also found their checkout I discovered I had to empty all the trash out and clean the dishes that were used, never have I had this at any another stay elsewhere and I stayed at a few.Top it all off it had cockroaches. Disgusting!!!!!

Beware!! Property is NOT what the pictures show. 1. Room is located at a corner of a very small hallway, blocked in by other rooms. NOT A SAFE SET UP!!2. Door is not secure!! There is one lock, that is not secure. Door is wobbly. No way to secure door more from the inside.3. The hosts directs you to pick up parking pass from front desk, there is no front desk. 4. The toilet did NOT work.5. I went on a girls trip and booked this property. After we arrived, we DID NOT feel safe. We did not stay here!!! 6. Host was unwilling to work with me regarding a partial refund, due to all of our concerns about the property. DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS PROPERTY!!

Definitely come back

All in all it is a great little place to stay, was not disappointed. We are not ones to hang out in the room all day so this place was perfect for us. If you are the type that spends your vacation in your hotel room a majority of the time, then this might not be for you. We was in daytona for the baseball and the beach and this place was conveniently located to both and the price was unbeatable.

Pictures were alittle deceiving was expecting alittle more from place didn’t look like the pictures. Also had issues with toilet and had to go a day with issue and Internet issues. Real friendly owner but wish is was easier getting in contact with someone as their is no front desk service at property and have to wait on owner to send someone to fix issues or for extra towels etc. could of been better.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in Daytona Beach, for the Daytona 500! The ocean view alone is worth it — waking up to the sunrise over the water through the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows was unforgettable. The space is bright, clean, and beautifully updated with newer appliances that made everything feel modern and convenient.The two large queen beds were extremely comfortable, and the 50” smart TV was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The oversized lanai overlooking the ocean quickly became our favorite spot — whether it was morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the views were incredible.The amenities truly set this place apart, with both an oceanside pool and an indoor pool, giving you the best of both worlds no matter the weather.The bathroom felt luxurious, and the shower pressure was fantastic — exactly what you want after a long day in the sun and sand.The dining area is quaint yet surprisingly roomy, making it easy to enjoy meals together comfortably. Overall, this condo offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, with ample parking and beachfront charm. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Getaway

We have a family of 5 (one special needs/handicap). The building was mostly accessible. Thank goodness for more than 1 elevator! There was no ramp to the beach, like other hotels/resorts/condos. We usually desire a bigger room, but with not spending much time in it, we made it work!

2nd time staying in daytona, 5 of us booked this place. Two in our party went to a different hotel halfway through because of the conditions. Aside from the lack of basic necessities, which I had to call and request mire of for the 5 of us, the room was filthy. The lock on the door felt like it was barely holding the door shut, black mildew all along the tub caulking, zero water pressure in shower, half of a used tp roll on the back of toilet and one spare roll, hardly any silverware, only 4 towels, no extra trash bags and one tiny garbage can, no scrub brush for dishes, just a magic eraser, light coming in under the door and the door did nothing to keep sound out. We couldnt lock the patio door, there was a broken shower rod used to hold it shut, but being broken, it did no good. We couldnt find an office. The host was quick to reply. I would not stay here again or recommend.
