Upgraded condo with a private bedroom & 2 private balconies. The views of the ocean, city & sunrise are amazing from the 9th floor & can be enjoyed right from the bed.

New flooring just installed. 2 king size beds, 55 inch 4K smart tv in the living room & a 50 inch smart Tv in the bedroom. Watch a movie from the king size beds while looking at the ocean.

Many amenities such as 3 pools which are usually heated, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 jacuzzi hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, pool bar, restaurant & more.

Free parking & free wifi. Beach front location with the pools right in front of the beach.
Mini golf, restaurants, shops & more are all in walking distance.....

You can park & never have to drive again until you leave. True 1 bedroom private bedroom & 2 separate private balconies. Much better than a hotel or motel room.

Amazing one of a kind condo. Pools & amenities closed until at least 9-25-25 so rates were reduced by 50% so great time to take advantage of this beautiful beach condo.

Condo is updated and very clean. Harry was a great host, we contacted him with a request and he responded immediately and was more than willing to accommodate our request without hesitation. I would definitely book again when returning to Daytona! The living room balcony gives you a view of the ocean and the city, very pretty view of city at night.

Amazing!

I loved the condo, it was nice, clean, and spacious. My family enjoyed many of the restaurants nearby and the beach access. I was dissatisfied on the pools not being available and that we had to walk a little extra for the beach and elevators, but other than that everything was great! Would recommend and come back!

Nice place. Hope to come back when the amenities are operating. Didn’t have a rental car so having a shopping plaza across the street was very convenient.

Family Beach Get A Way

Great Location, Clean, true to listing. Owner is very responsive. Our family including our 6 month old granddaughter enjoyed the space. We had everything we needed to relax after a day at the beach. We have family that lives in Ormond and it is only a quick 5 minute drive. Looking forward to their rebuild of the pool and will absolutely plan a return trip.

Cozy Little Condo

The check in was very easy, and the host was so quick and understanding with all my questions. The condo is beautifully updated and very clean. The 2 king beds were very comfortable and clean. I also always check to make sure they have mattress covers and was very pleased they do. Bathroom was spacious which was nice with having 3 girls. The beach outside of the condo wasn’t very crowded and we spent so much time there. It was a great vacation for this family of 5

Clean great location

Very clean everything you need for a nice stay in Daytona. Once the pools and amenities open back up this will be an awesome location. Beach chairs for rent right as you hit the beach. Just bring your beach towels everything else you need is in this location. 🌊☀️⛱️

Very clean

We were excited to stay at the beach- this whole trip was to get away and chill on the beach- thats exactly what we did. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Was disappointed ALL the ammenties were closed , but we were told before- its mentiontd on the duscription. We were also a little disappointed there was no beach access from the building, however it was not a problem to walk all the way around the building to get to the beach at the public access spot. We really enjoyed our stay- room was clean, things to cook with and eat off of are supplied. We left some beach towels and chairs for the next renter! I would love to stay again when the pools are open!
