DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT book this place. I arranged and paid for an early check in (28) for 1 hour early. We show up and it was very clear that the ad for “NEW” resort was the far from the truth. Also that it was “NO SMOKING” was also very false. The building is run down and wrecks of cigarette smoke. I entered the unit to find it completely filthy. The entire unit smelling of urine and smoke. There were urine soaked towels on the floor, the couch and the bed. There was food left around and dirty dishes. I immediately messaged the host to advise him of this and that we simply could not stay in this unsanitary environment. The host advised that it would be cleaned right away and offered a late check out. I asked him for a refund because this state wasn’t something that could be cleaned in a timely fashion. To reiterate there was urine on the furniture. I left the unit and let the lady at the front desk know that we wouldn’t be staying. I was met with one man with a mop bucket who said he would have it cleaned in 20 mins. There was no way that could be cleaned in 20 minutes. The furniture needed to be replaced. I again asked the host for a refund. He proceeded to ghost me for the entire rest of my trip and still to this day. I had to go and book a hotel for my stay in Daytona beach and I have still not heard anything from the host in over 2 weeks. I have not received a refund of any kind. This is unacceptable and I am warnings others to not book with this host
