Our main goal, is that people get a place that they expect, based on our description having honest information. Thanks for reiterating anything someone could overlook. Its an older lake cabin on prime waterfront. We live down the street and happily address anything unusual, but were out of town during this stay.

Its fun having people that appreciate & enjoy our humble spot! Please stay in touch with us here at Water Front Rentals Lake Lewisville & come back anytime!

Thank you very much for your review, as it give us a prompt to improve how informative we can be. We live within sight of the house and are glad to help guests in any way possible. However, if we are busy, then us leaving detailed notes would be extremely helpful for our guests. The old lakefront neighborhood was here long before the nearby cities. It does have its cosmetic blemishes on the way in, but the people that live here are close knit, making it a very safe and friendly place to be. Everyone knows and watches out for each other. We like to refer to it as imperfectly perfect. The fishing is much better in the Spring behind the house, but in the Summer you can still catch some within walking and kayak distance of the house. Fishing can be slow during the heat of the day in all of the seasons. The house has a new large screen TV and has Directv with most anything you would like to watch including local channels. It is a Smart TV so you also have access to Netflix, Youtube, etc. using your own user name and password. Our apologies for not communicating that to you. I am sure that the "source" button on the TV must have been changed somehow and just required a change to the input using the source button on the remote. Should anyone need help navigating the TV we would be pleased to help. We do have 3 other guest houses located on the same waterfront and share our private boat dock and water toys to help guests have a memorable time. We enjoy hearing that guests enjoy our little piece of paradise!! Thank you again.
