Cette maison de vacances entièrement mis à niveau est idéalement situé dans le Weston communautaire exclusive et fermée Hills qui est à quelques minutes de toutes les attractions et les parcs à thème de la Floride centrale a à offrir. Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à 9 personnes confortablement avec enfants / chambre Disney thème! Cette villa de vacances offre un mobilier haut de gamme et l'accès à plusieurs piscines (3) pour inclure un amusement enfants éclaboussent parc à quelques pas de la porte dérobée de villas. Nous offrons Internet haut débit gratuit, Netflix et le câble. La salle de jeux comprend une table, un billard, table de hockey sur air, jeux de fléchettes, et une table de ping-pong. Profitez de la surdimensionné laveuse / sécheuse et cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme et des comptoirs en granit. Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed at this house for a week in December for some training on the roads of Clermont. The house was almost perfect in every way. It's beautiful, spacious, and in a very quiet, gated community. The only things that went wrong were that there was only one dish towel in the house. I asked the owner about it and they immediately went out and got new towels and oven mits for us. We also had an issue one night where the shower faucet stripped and we couldn't turn off the water. I called the owner, who was at work, he immediately had a neighbor over to the house to help out. We got the faucet turned off and a plumber came out and fixed it first thing the next morning. It was pretty good service for something out of the owners control. The house was everything we needed for the week and would be perfect for a Disney vacation or any stay in Florida. You are so close to Disney that you can hear the park fireworks every night. The owner was very quick to respond to all our questions during booking and very helpful upon arrival. Thanks for everything! Hope we can stay here next time we're in Clermont

Great stay

We had a great experience. Check-in was pretty easy. Our only problem with the property was the gate entry. We wanted a gated community but we had hoped for something a bit easier. Every time you had to use the guest check-in and slide your drivers license into a machine. It was a bit tiresome but overall worth it. The beds were comfortable and our boys enjoyed the game room. We would gladly stay again!

Disney/Universal Vacation

The property managers were very easy to work with, and the property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family of 8 and the teens loved the game room. Probably the only downside would be the beds need to be upgraded. None of the beds were comfortable whatsoever. Also, we were unaware that pool access closes at 5:00 pm, so my teens were disappointed that they couldn’t swim after coming in from the parks.

Hey Stacey! Thank you so much for your feedback and i'm glad to hear and your family enjoyed your stay at our Mayflower Villa! The pool hours vary year round with the warmer/summer months having extended and later hours. The winter/colder months don't see as much guest within the pool areas; therefore, they are closed earlier. Also, I hate to hear about your bad experience with our mattresses. We take great pride in providing quality furniture throughout our entire property. We recently changed our mattresses to a brand new model mattress with a firmer comfort, at the request of several guest, and have received great feedback about them. Unfortunately, we've learned that its difficult to meet everyone's needs and wants in regards with mattress comfort as people like different things. Disney Christmas!

We decided to nix tradition and take our two teenage boys on a trip for their Christmas gift to spend the holiday together as a family. We were surprised to find this listing at such a reasonable price for the week! The property was just as listed and was conveniently located to the Disney Parks. We also took some time to drive to the Gulf, and visit the Wild Florida Gator Park to feed live alligators. While the water temperature was a tad cool for swimming in the onsite pools, I think that the warmer months would provide a wonderful atmosphere for that. Diego and Chelsey were super quick to respond to all messages. We did not want for anything while there. I would highly recommend the property and would most definitely consider returning.

Good accommodations at a fair price

Overall enjoyed the stay. We ran into some mechanical issues with some of the appliances but Diego got his maintenance man on it right a way. He kept me updated throughout the day regarding the repairs. The property was close enough to all major attractions (Disney, beaches, airport etc..) The home was quiet and secure. The only real flaw was I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable. My family and I had fun vacation. Thanks Diego!

Perfect place to stay.

We stayed at the villa while in Florida for our Disney vacation. Diego was very accommodating and made the week go very smooth. The convenience of staying in a home far out weighs a hotel room. Our kids enjoyed the game room in the garage. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry. We highly reccomend staying here and will again when we make our way back to Florida.

Great location and very quiet neighborhood

We stayed from 6/15/19 to 6/29/19 and were very pleased! The neighborhood is very quiet, which is great! The pool is literally right in the back yard! The location is perfect for any quick shopping you may need to do. There is a Publix and a Walmart very close by as well as some local restaurants and fast food joints. The Disney Parks are about a 30 min drive in the mornings with the traffic, which we didn’t mind in order to have the peace and quietness we did every night! The kitchen was stocked enough for our needs and there were also plenty of bath towels/washcloths and beach towels for the pool for our needs as well! That was nice to not have to bring our own! My boys enjoyed playing pool and air hockey in the game room! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home and hope to be able to return again one day! It was nice to be able to meet Diego as well upon arrival and have him go over some things with us!

Great place for family Disney vacation

We stayed at this home for about a week while we enjoyed the Disney parks with our kids. The convenience and closeness to the parks is part of why we chose to stay here, but it is also a beautifully kept home and neighborhood. We had such a packed schedule though that we weren't able to take advantage of the pool that was right next door to the house! We did enjoy our stay and have no complaints, and hopefully we will be back for another Disney trip in a year or two!

Diego was a home for us. Close enough to Disney, great host. From our initial VRBO meeting to talking in person at the villa, Diego was warm, friendly and helpful. The villa was a perfect , for us, close enough to Disney parks, outlet malls, golf courses, grocery stores and great restaurants but none of the noise and commotion that goes with them. The Weston Hills community is clean, tidy and the people are very friendly. The beds in the villa are comfortable and the tv is phenomenal. Loved our stay!

Lovely property; great host.

We stayed at Diego's property for 5 days in January 2019. The house is lovely. Very clean, spacious, nice and comfortable furniture - everything looked brand new, all the essentials in the kitchen, great TV's and programming from movies to all the sports channels, nice patio and gated community. We felt right at home. Given our schedule - we didn't get to use the pool or other amenities but hope to on our next visit. Diego was a great host and quick to respond to all my questions. Location was great - about 15 minutes into the heart of the Orlando tourist area and 15 minutes the other way to Clermont. Will definatley book again on a future visit. AH

Clean property with all of the amenities of home

The house was clean, had nice curb appeal and all the amenities of home. The centeral location put this property a short drive to the theme parks and reasonable drive to the east coast. Diego contacted us immediately to make sure everything was to our liking. The kids loved the game room and close proximity to the pool. The house was a 4.5 star. The pool was closed when the weather was nice enough to use it and the mattresses were very firm. These are the only reasons we’re not giving a five star. We will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Great place to stay!

We traveled from San Diego to Clermont to spend time with family and friends. This place was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We did not travel with kids or go to theme parks but if you are looking to do that, it's the perfect house. Very kid friendly, close to parks and the house has everything for the kids to have a great stay and have fun. For us with no children, it was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Diego and Chelsey checked in on us to make sure didn't need anything. I would recommend this place for a stay with children and parks or for anyone traveling into the Clermont area. Great place!

Florida Vacation November 2018

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staying away from all the excitement allowed for more time to relax and also gave us the opportunity to see more of Florida. This property gave us lots of room, comfort and we were able to enjoy meals together as a family. The only thing that we didn't like is the pool area closes by 5, and when your out and about it would really be nice to come back and have an evening swim especially on hot long days at the parks.

Great Vacation

Diego was very accommodating. I had many questions prior to my check in and he answered quickly each time. This was my first time using home away from home but if all owners are like Diego this is a great place to be. I’m very picky with stay when I vacation and the house was just up my alley. It was nicely kept and there was much to do. A playground for the kids, two pools and a huge water sprinkler for the kids. There was also a game room in the garage which my daughter and god daughters loved. The kitchen was fully equipped and so lovely to cook in. The kitchen is my favorite place to be and I definitely put it to use. There was a closet with a broom, mop, swifter and vacuum which was a great additional along with a washer and dryer. Each closet had its own amenities. There was even towels, wash clothes and beach towels for our use. The home was definitely a home away from home I enjoyed it very much and so did my family. I will definitely book again and I would recommend it to anyone interested.
