Awesome Beach Vacation

We had a great time and everyone we met were very nice. Christopher with WeDeliverGroceries.com picked up our grocery order and delivered it to our condo and putting everything away nicely before we even arrived. The condo was very nice and all the furnishings in our unit were very comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony where we ate our breakfast and drank our coffee most mornings. There were restaurants within walking distance as well as other shops and places to eat within a short trolley or uber/lift ride away.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Our 10 yr old and 5 yr old fit perfectly in the spare room, while our 7 yr old slept on the pull out sofa. There were tons of beach items provided for us to use (beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and towels). The parking was stress free with plenty of spots in the garage. The balcony was big and provided a wonderful view of the ocean. The condo is located in a quieter part of Clearwater with food and shops just minutes away. It really provided us with everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing vacation.

The condo itself was very nice. There was a gulf view but unfortunately we couldn’t use the balcony because of ongoing building maintenance. We were awakened every morning at 8:30 by the wonderful rhythm of not waves but a jackhammer removing siding from the building. We were told about the work being done but the NOISE was conveniently left out. We also couldn’t use the pool at the building we were in but did have use of the pool next door. The amount of money paid was a reduced sum from what would have been paid if there were no construction limitations. There were several things that need to be fixed. The ice maker did not work & the guest shower leaked onto the floor. Maintenance tried fixing the leak but it needs more attention. We did see several magnificent sunsets. Parking was underneath the building if you could find a spot. They were tight but doable. All in all I’d rate our month long stay a 7. Nice beach access & convenient to several places to eat & some high end shops. The property manager, Sandy Feet, were a pleasure to work with. Very, very responsive to questions or concerns.

While we weren’t aware of the jackhammering each morning, we understand how disruptive it can be and regret that it affected your stay. Construction only occurs on weekdays, but since it moves around the building, we can’t always specify the location. We're surprised this was an issue each morning, but appreciate your understanding.
