Loved the house for our big family gathering! Everyone was able to sleep comfortably between adults and children. Beach access was perfect being right across the street so people could come and go as they wanted. Communication was super easy and very responsive. Already looking at booking the house again!

We had the BEST weekend at this house for my bachelorette weekend! The house is absolutely beautiful and even larger than it looks in the pictures. The pictures truly do not do it justice. It is decorated so beautifully and has such a luxurious, comfortable feel.The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The welcome letter and cookies were such a thoughtful touch! :)The location was phenomenal. It’s within walking distance to Alys Beach, with coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants, and it’s right across the street from the beach.My girlfriends and I could not stop talking about how amazing the house was all weekend. It was truly the perfect place for our girls’ trip. 10/10 would highly recommend this house, and I’m already hoping we can make this an annual trip and stay here every time!Thank you so much for helping make our weekend so special!

Spacious for Big groups!

This house was massive with excellent beach access (literally right across the street) House was exceptionally clean (it looks like it was either newly built or newly renovated. Beds were comfy too!

Great Location and Property

The location of this property was wonderful! It was a very short walk to the beach. The property itself was also very good. All of the living spaces and bathrooms were great. The pool was also a highlight of the trip for our family. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location!!

Beach access was practically across the street. Large home with plenty of space for everyone which allowed for everyone to have their own bathroom. Lots of different spaces to entertain. We would definitely return to this place!!

Beautiful home

We absolutely fell in love with the home! While we didn’t use the pool since it was a bit small, the easy walk across 30A to the beach more than made up for it. The home was beautiful, and we really appreciated the peaceful, uncrowded area and no extra charge for beach access was a huge bonus! We’d definitely come back

Home away from home

The homes location was prime especially having the beach access right across the street from us. The home was equipped with all of our basic necessities and was extra clean. The home for such a large group was extra spacious. We had a great time and felt so close to everything as well as a prime spot for our teenagers who enjoyed their bike rides throughout the town. We would definitely visit again.

Excellent Vacation Property

This house is advertised as is and was so accommodating for our family's summer beach trip. It was well equipped with all bedroom, bathroom and kitchen needs. The bedrooms are all spaced out on all three floors and the beds were so comfortable! Loved the first floor room which allowed us to congregate around games, the TV and pool/spa access right outside. The hot tub is only programmed to run in the evening but that was fine. Access to the beach is directly across the street which was so nice to have considering we have babies and toddlers in our family. Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Bottom Line: Would we recommend this rental to friends and/or rent it again -- Yes, in a heartbeat. - Stellar house cleanliness and layout (perfect for our 3-generations family reunion). - Ideal location (1 minute direct-access walk to beach; short bike ride to shopping).- Good responsiveness on issues raised to ELP (host management company). So why not a 5-Star rating from us? - Absolutely would have been 5 stars were it not for pre-existing issues that should have been address long before we arrived- Top 3 issues: #1 - Faulty internet equipment setup (e.g., 5 Mps speeds with 1 Gig fiber; many drops for until equipment was properly setup 2.5 days after reported). #2 - Both pinball machines not functional (i.e., 1 had 3 balls jammed by protruding screw, the other randomly resets itself during play). #3 - Samsung TV remotes and bedroom ceiling fan remotes still set at identical factory default settings (i.e., tuning or adjusting volume in one room does the same in other rooms; turning a fan on/off or chasing speeds does the same in other rooms.)- 5 starts for sure if/when above issues and several smaller issues are all corrected.

The Wi-Fi was not a known issue prior to your arrival, but as soon as we were made aware, we contacted the internet provider and ultimately brought in a private vendor to help get it resolved as quickly as possible. We were unfortunately not made aware of the other items during your stay, as we would have been happy to have them inspected and addressed as well. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back for a 5-star stay next time.

Family Thanksgiving 2023

The house was clean. Linens and towels fresh. Beds comfortable. Ample parking. Outdoor space fantastic with plenty of furniture. I personally would’ve placed the swimming pool in the front of property however because there’s very limited sun in back of home. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and flatware. However, cookware & serving pieces are very limited. We had a couple issues with televisions and Wi-Fi, but the 360 blue concierge service was very attentive and took care of issues promptly. I would definitely recommend this property for large family gatherings. Bedrooms and elevator and living spaces were fantastic. Access to beach is just across the street and very convenient also.
