The condo was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The host was able to be reached quite easily in the event we needed something but they had plenty of information available to us prior to our arrival. Wonderful amenities and perfect for a girls weekend away.

Great place on Key Largo

The condo was very nice, kitchen was well stocked to cook, only need your food and few spices to cook for your family. Perfect size for three adults and two kids under the age of four. The property was amazing short walk to sit by the water in the sand as well as to the pool or the playground.. we’re definitely go back.

Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. Some difficulties getting checked in and figuring out the TV a book of details on site would be very helpful. Very clean, close to everything needed.great attention to things we might need while there.

We’ve recently upgraded to a keyless entry system to make your arrival more seamless—no more searching for a lockbox on the first floor among the others. Additionally, we’ve provided a comprehensive notebook in the unit, which includes all the essential information about Kawama Yacht Club as well as easy-to-follow instructions for operating the TVs.

Getaway!

Property was easy to find and very clean! Surprised to find a lot of kitchen appliances and how well stocked it was to cook in the kitchen! Didnt see a travel pack n play or high chair although it was listed. Also, there was a giant heavy coffee table in front of the pull out bed that was a pain to move and the thermostat wouldnt go lower than 76 so it was pretty warm and humid inside. We opened the windows and had the fan going to cool the rooms down. Beds were comfortable and nice outside amenities!

Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad to hear that you found the property easy to locate and well-stocked for your cooking needs. We apologize for the inconvenience with the Pack n Play and high chair. The Pack n Play was previously stored in the owner's locked closet, but we’ve now moved it to the Master Bedroom guest closet for easy access. We hope this makes it more convenient for future stays. We also appreciate your feedback on the coffee table. We’ve added sliders under it to make it easier to move, especially when using the sleeper sofa. Regarding the thermostat, it sounds like it may have been set to heat mode, which can sometimes keep the temperature higher. There are four buttons on the Emerson thermostat: Fan: On or Auto System: Cool, Off, Heat Up and Down arrows for temperature control. We always try to provide detailed arrival information a few days before your stay, including contact numbers for myself and Angela if you need any assistance. If there’s ever anything that doesn’t seem right during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we would’ve loved the opportunity to address these issues and make your stay even more comfortable. Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to host you again in the future!

Key Largo Property

The property was clean except the pillow shams on the couches looked like they’ve never been washed. The property manager was not very friendly or helpful. At the end of our stay I had a hard time finding the dumpsters and she was short with me about knowing where they were located. The elevators also were pretty sketchy.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We truly appreciate your feedback. Regarding the pillows on the couches, we have removed the shams as requested. We also want to address your concerns about communication. Our property manager responded promptly to your inquiries via text, and I have copies of the actual messages, which were respectful and not short in tone. It seems the issue you’re referring to may be related to the phone call regarding the golf cart. The golf cart was removed from your use due to safety concerns. Unfortunately, your sons were operating the golf cart recklessly, and there was a near-miss incident with both the Association Property Manager and a security guard. We take safety very seriously, which is why we had previously advised, in writing, that the golf cart could only be used by licensed adults, and that children should not operate it without an adult present. At check-in, you signed a waiver and provided driver's licenses for the golf cart, and you were reminded of these safety guidelines. Kawama Yacht Club security submitted an incident report, along with security camera footage, which is now on file with the Association Manager's office. When our property manager reached out to you, you mentioned that the golf cart keys and your sons had remained in the unit for the afternoon, despite the previous instructions. We value all of our guests and want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay.
