Amazing location and property - Close to everything and the town home had everything we needed and then some. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a perfect get-a-way book this property.

This historical property in the heart of Chillicothe was conveniently located and in pristine shape. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with so many amenities. If you are good with stairs, you'll love it.

Returning for a second visit here was a pleasure. The space felt clean and welcoming. The host is a warm person who makes sure guests are comfortable and welcomed with care. I believe this is the best location in the area for viewing historical sites. We will certainly return next year!

Great property, very clean, loved the rooftop patio, only thing was parking, it’s not a far walk to free parking, just inconvenient when you check-in with groceries and suitcases, and it is downtown, you hear noise from taproom and wine bar

We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend anyone to stay at the Addison. Beautiful townhouse in downtown Chillicothe that is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Addison. The property was very clean, and the directions provided made check-in and finding everything incredibly easy. The host was communicative throughout the process, which made our stay feel seamless and stress-free.The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the guidebook provided was especially helpful with clear, easy-to-follow information about the property and local area. The space itself is absolutely beautiful. It felt like a special treat and was worth the little splurge, even though we were only there for a few short days.One thing to note is that you can hear trains passing at night, and during the day through early evening you'll hear some normal sounds from the surrounding businesses. It didn't take away from our experience, but it may be helpful for future guests to know. Additionally, free public parking is conveniently located one short block away.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend The Addison to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and well-managed place to stay.

This was an awesome place to stay. The accommodations were excellent—nothing about the space felt cheap or poorly done. Even though we didn’t need much, it had everything necessary for a comfortable and luxurious stay away from home.

We traveled from Tampa to Chillicothe to spend some quality time with family, and our stay at The Addison truly exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely beautiful thoughtfully designed, tastefully upgraded, and incredibly well maintained. Everything felt polished and welcoming from the moment we arrived.Our favorite features were the rooftop, the gorgeous master bathroom, and the incredibly spacious living room and kitchen. The entire home was absolutely spotless, and you can tell a great deal of care has gone into both the design and upkeep of the property.The location was another highlight. Being within walking distance of several local restaurants, shops, and everything downtown Chillicothe has to offer made our stay even more enjoyable.The Addison was the perfect place for our trip beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean. It gave us a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family while visiting Ohio. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elevated stay in Chillicothe.

We stayed at the Addison for my son's wedding. The location is excellent for exploring Chillicothe. The Addison is very well kept and clean! The bathrooms are excellent! The decor is stunning! The Addison is very peaceful and matches the pictures shown. I love the exposed brick walls. I did not cook at the Addison but the kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. If you don't feel the need to cook, you are surrounded by excellent places to find breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (The Coop is right across the street and definitely my go-to for breakfast! Tippler's is excellent for a great place to have a glass of wine and chill out on the back patio. You have to pay close attention to every door and building because Chillicothe has businesses everywhere! ) The Addison puts you right in the middle of a great historic town!

We were there for a wedding over the Feast of the Flowering Moon. The location couldn’t have been better! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the cute town! The condo was classy and clean!

Beautiful apartment-even better in person than in the pictures (and the pictures are gorgeous). The apartment was easy to get to, surrounded by cute shops and great restaurants. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Would love to stay here again!
