Sunset Marsh was renovated in Spring 2019 and is a beautiful 1800 sq ft. custom-built duplex (lower unit) just 7 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. A short walk to local restaurants, shopping, local grocery and churches. Perfect for multi-generational groups, families with children, or anyone looking to relax to one of the best views in the southeast!

Located on a secluded cul-de-sac in a family neighborhood with almost no through traffic. Situated on pristine tidal waters, this home affords privacy, while being located close to the action. Featuring large master bedroom, oversized walk-in shower, and French doors that open to the secluded deck. Enjoy spending time with family and friends viewing the most beautiful sunsets Wrightsville Beach has to offer. The view offers the unique opportunity to watch the abundant wildlife including Great Blue Herons, Snowy Egrets, Pelicans and many more.

All reservations include a linen package at no additional cost. The linen package includes all bedding, personal towel sets for each guest, beach towels, bathmats, and a kitchen towel set.

Entertainment - Highspeed Wi-Fi at Sunset Marsh. There is a TV in the living room, and 3 of the bedrooms. The TVs are either smart TVs or come with a Roku device and are pre-loaded with streaming apps and internet Television stations. Several are also equipped with TV antennae for access to local channels and sports. All have spare HDMI and USB ports for connecting other devices you may want to bring from home.

In addition to our full linen package, we provide all rentals with starter rolls of toilet paper, a liquid hand soap dispenser at each sink, 3 dishwasher cleaning tabs, and trash bags in each can. Sunset Marsh has a vacuum, Swiffer mop, a bottle of multi-purpose cleaning spray, glass cleaner, and a set of cleaning rags (you are not required to clean, but these items are there if you do need them).

Property requires seven-night stay during peak season, Saturday to Saturday. If still available less than 1 week out, dates may be reserved for stays shorter than 1 week (usually 3/4 night minimum). Pets accepted with $100 fee.

Hurricane Policy - At no additional cost to you, all reservations include our Hurricane Protection Plan. If your property is subject to a mandatory evacuation order for any reason, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused nights that the order is in effect.

Celebrated my birthday at this amazing spot. Super convenient, the home had everything we needed & very spacious. Extremely clean & comfortable. Brian was an excellent host! Will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful Sunset

The property is well maintained and provided all the comforts of home. The sunset off the deck can not be beat. Brian was a great host and answered all my questions and was patient when I didn’t complete my purchase on time.I highly recommend.

Quaint, but roomy!

Bedrooms are a nice size. The main area and kitchen is a quaint space. It allowed all of us to be together sharing and making memories without feeling like we were on top of one another.

Not worth the money

There were two problems with this property that I didn't expect for the money I paid. Problem 1 is the internet didn't work for the first two days of our stay. It finally corrected itself. The second problem is that we killed 5 large beetles/roaches in the facility during our 9 day stay. I wouldn't expect that for the 5-star money we were paying.

Wonderful Beach House

Down for graduation at UNCW, great location, comfy beds, and a very spacious floor plan. Deck was wonderful to sit, relax, and let the dog hangout on. There was a gate so she couldn’t get off. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Felt like home

This property was better than we expected. It’s at the end of the street, which provided extra privacy. Quiet neighborhood. Great for walking/biking. Short drive to the beach. The view from the back deck was beautiful! Jon was quick to respond to any questions. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

This property was perfect for our Thanksgiving Family gathering. We were all very comfortable in the space and the kitchen was everything we needed to prepare such a large meal. There was plenty of room to seat 10 people at the dinner and were able to eat on the large porch to ensure the beautiful view and weather. The bedroom’s easily accommodated the 7 of us who stayed at the house. We were also within walking distance to the restaurants, beach, and festivals happening in town. All around great experience, great house and fantastic location.

Lovely home 2 minutes from the beach

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. We loved everything about our stay. Jon was very helpful in coordinating a couple of things for us. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a great place 2 minutes from the beach.

Excellent location, Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed this stay. The location is great and walkable to numerous restaurants. The view of the water is very nice. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living are all nice, clean, and updated. HVAC and lights were perfect. The back patio is also so nice - we sat and talked and enjoyed the view. We knew this was a duplex with a first and second floor, however, we did not not find out there was an upstairs tenant until we checked in. It was not a big issue for us, but you could hear the kids running. Again, not an issue for us, but could be for any future high maintenance vacationers. We would stay here 100 out of 100 times.

Lovely property in Wrightsville Beach!

The place is as advertised, great quiet location, nice amenities & spacious. Communication with the manager was easy and clear. The only concern is it being directly next to an Elementary school…are background checks involved with potential renters?

Family reunion weekend

The fantastic condo, stunning view and amazing location all created wonderful memories for my parents' 60th anniversary. All 7 adults and 3 dogs had plenty of space inside and enjoyed grilling out on the patio. The host was gracious and available for questions. We couldn't have asked for anything more to celebrate our weekend together.
