Escape to Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 1312, a welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offering 960 sq. ft. of comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. Perfect for families or friends, this Orange Beach retreat places you close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and family-friendly attractionsâso you're never far from fun or convenience.
Step into the bright living area and enjoy direct access to your private balcony, where you can relax with morning coffee or unwind with evening wine while taking in partial Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access, providing a peaceful place to wake up or wind down. Additional conveniences include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Seaside Beach & Racquet Club offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, indoor pool, a fitness room, tennis court, shuffleboard court, sauna, steam room, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. The complex consists of five buildings, and the first digit of each room number corresponds to its building number for easy navigation.
