*Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen bed + dedicated workspace

*Second Bedroom: 1 Queen bed

*Additional Sleeping: Two tri-fold floor mattresses with fresh linens provided (One suitable for a child, One suitable for a child or small adult)

*Portable crib available for use



Please note: The home comfortably accommodates 4 guests in beds. For groups of up to 6 guests, two tri-fold floor mattresses are provided for children or one child and one small adult.

The cleaning fee covers both professional house cleaning and hot tub servicing to ensure a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.



Scheduled Property Maintenance

To keep the property in excellent condition, routine maintenance may occur during your stay:

Lawn Care

* Typically performed on Tuesdays (no backyard access required)

Hot Tub Service

* Performed Friday mornings by a licensed technician

* Requires access through the backyard gate

* You will be notified before arrival
