The Space:

As you enter this property you will be greeted by the combined living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Pass through the hallway off the garage and you will enter into the spacious bathroom with a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are off the kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed and the other one has a twin over full bunk bed. In the living room is a full sized sofa sleeper with plenty of extra pillows and linens provided for your comfort. There is a sliding door leading to the outdoor covered patio from the living room seamlessly blending the outdoors with the indoors.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole house. Everything in the house, the garage, the patio, and the yard. There is one locked storage closet in the garage that you won't have access to. Otherwise, the space is yours to enjoy fully.



The Neighborhood:

This home is tucked away in a small community on Lake Vermillion with mostly families near by. Across the road is a permanent RV park and next to the home is a steakhouse. It is easy to get to and from the house because it is near the entrance of the neighborhood.

Keep in mind this property is located off a rural country road. It does get plowed but many not be plowed immediately following large amounts of snow.
