Welcome to Bay Amor, your retreat in the gated Bimini Bay community. This modern, two-bedroom condo offers the best of comfort and convenience, making it perfect for couples, families, and business travelers seeking a remote work destination. Bay Amor is ideally located for those who want to experience Bimini in style. Just a short walk to the Aqua Grille Infinity Pool and a quick golf cart ride to Hilton Resort/Marina/Casino , this condo offers everything you need for a memorable island getaway. We encourage guests to enjoy all that Bay Amor and the Bimini Bay community offer, while being respectful of shared spaces and local guidelines.

You can fly in 25 minutes on a seaplane from downtown Miami to the "front door". Early check-in and late check-out available for $25/hr, adding flexibility to your stay

Guests have full access to the entire condo. It is very close to the first entrance to the resort, making it a prime location for guests.
After booking, weâll send you a comprehensive guide to local dining, activities, and tips for navigating the island, along with check-in details 48 hours before your arrival.
We prioritize cleanliness, high-quality linens, and amenities to ensure you feel right at home. A washer/dryer is included for guest use, with all linens, bathroom towels, beach towels, and starter supplies provided for your comfort.

- Additional Resort Amenities: Open access to Resort World Bimini Casino, Piano Bar, Hilton restaurants, diners, cafĂ©s, and Fishermanâs Village Marketplace/Marina.
- Comfortable Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom includes two double beds, with the bathroom next to it.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features stainless steel appliances, coffee essentials, and cookware for easy dining.
- Private Terrace: Accessible from the living room, offering a peaceful space to relax.
- Prime Location: Steps from the Aqua Grille pool, a short golf cart ride to Hilton Resort/Marina/Casino, delectable Saborâs seafood grille and pool bar and within easy reach of local attractions and activities.
**Please note that there is a surcharge for access to the Hilton pools and the exclusive Bimini Beach Club. **
- Occupancy Policy: The number of people in the reservation is the maximum allowed. Extra charges apply for any additional guests.
- Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the condo.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Point of Contact and Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement.
- Renter Agreement must be signed within 7 days after booking. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the renter agreement must be signed within 4 hours and check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed.
Privacy & Safety:
- For the safety and privacy of our guests, we have actively recording cameras overlooking the perimeter of the house. We ensure that NONE of the cameras are located on the interior of the house.
**Please treat this as your home away from home. We strive to make check-in and check-out as easy as possible and are always available should you need any assistance! If any issues arise, Iâll do my best to assist promptly, though I am not on-site 24/7.**
