Guest Access:

• A $25 per night, per unit government-imposed island environmental impact fee will be charged at check-in.

• Limited on-site parking is available. Vehicles drive on the left side of the road.

• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

• Units designated with a partial kitchen may include a sink, mini refrigerator and microwave.

• Please be advised that Sargassum seaweed may be present on the beach as the Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, there may be an unpleasant odor and the beach will not be accessible. The resort may provide transportation to a nearby beach while the resort beach is temporarily closed

• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
