There are 2 properties behind the beautiful gate; the main home and the garage with a loft.



The main house features a main floor primary bedroom with a king bed. There is also a hall washroom with a shower for this bedroom.

The second floor of the main house offers a luxurious primary bedroom oasis with a king bed, sitting room, huge walk in closet and huge washroom with a tub and a shower. There is also an expansive balcony overlooking the backyard and water.

There are 2 additional bedrooms at the front of the house, each with their own private ensuite washrooms. One bedroom has a queen and twin bed, and the other bedroom has a queen bed. Both have walk in closets, smart TVs, and balconies.



The loft features 2 queen beds, laundry and a full washroom.

The pool is set at a refreshing temperature of 80°, with an option to upgrade to 90°. If you’d like it heated to a higher temperature, arrangements can be made upon request for an additional fee of $69 per day.

🚭 Smoke-Free Environment:

This is a 100% smoke-free home. To cover the cost of professional ozone treatment and restoration, a $1,000 fee applies if smoking occurs indoors.



🎉 Neighborhood Peace:

We love our neighbors and uphold a strict No Party/Gathering policy. Unauthorized parties result in a $1,000 penalty and immediate cancellation without refund.



🔇 Quiet Hours:

We’re located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and take our noise policy very seriously. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and this must be respected at all times. Please keep voices, music, and outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate action, including possible cancellation of your stay. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.



👥🐶Guest & Pet Accuracy:

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on-site ($50/night for undisclosed guests).

Standard Pet Fee: A non-refundable $269 fee is required for all stays with a pet to cover specialized cleaning. Pets need to be approved in advance, and have a weight limit of 20lbs.

While we love animals, undisclosed pets result in a $500 fine.



📹 Security & Safety:

For your protection, do not tamper with exterior security cameras, smoke/CO detectors, or noise sensors. Tampering results in a $500 fine and potential removal.



🕒 Earl Check-In / Late Check-Out

Available if requested in advance (based on availability): $50/hour

Unauthorized early check-ins / late check-outs: $100/hour



🤝 Booking = Agreement

You agree to treat this space with care and book in good faith. We strive for a 5-star experience and ask for respectful, direct communication to resolve any issues during your stay. We believe in hosting in good faith and ask the same of our guests.



Primary guest age requirement to be at least 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over 25 for the entire duration of the stay.



No commercial or business activities are permitted by renter or their guests.

Just a 5 minute walk to bustling Las Olas. For shopping, restaurants and so much more!



Other Things to Note:

Long term/seasonal stays welcome. Inquire within for special rates.



Four driveway parking spots available. No street parking allowed. Violators will be fined and towed.



For your ease of travel, the driveway gate is secured in the open position to provide quick and convenient access throughout your stay.



If you plan on bringing a boat, please contact us before booking! Please note that there is no space for boat trailer storage on-site; guests must make independent arrangements for trailer storage at an off-site facility.



The pool is kept at a refreshing 80°F, which is included with your booking. While this offers a crisp, cooling feel, many guests prefer to upgrade for a warmer and more relaxing experience. We can raise the temperature to 90°F for an additional daily fee; this must be arranged in advance and for the full duration of your stay.



To ensure the best experience, please be aware that outdoor pool temperatures are naturally influenced by the South Florida climate. While our heaters are maintained for peak performance, heat loss can occur during overnight hours, windy conditions, or when ambient temperatures drop below 70°F.



Because actual water temperature is subject to these environmental factors, we cannot guarantee specific temperatures during cooler weather, and refunds are not issued for fluctuations caused by nature. For the safety of the equipment, the heater is designed to enter a temporary "defrost mode" or shut down if the outdoor temperature falls below 50°F, resuming automatically once the air warms back up.



There is some active construction on the lot across the canal. It shouldn't get in the way of your stay, but you may notice some work being done during business hours. We appreciate your understanding!

Please note there is a home being built across the canal. You might notice construction noise during standard work hours; however, this is daytime work only, so your mornings and evenings will remain peaceful.
