Ground-level access (no stairs). Open-air vibe with large roll-up doors/windows & fans (no central HVAC; 2 propane heaters provided in cooler months). Multiple lounge zones, 7 arcade games, popcorn machine, industrial refrigerator, side-by-side basketball, dome hockey, pool table, shuffleboard, giant Connect 4, and more—perfect for movie nights, tournaments, and family hangouts.
