We loved this property! We enjoy the woods and found the home to be very cozy and comfortable. I also enjoyed the walking trails. Our only regret is not being able to spend more time to enjoy it. If we return to butler, we will definitely be seeing if this space is available again! The host is also very responsive!
Larry was attentive but the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom (I will spare you the details), dusty and stained carpets. We heard animals in the wall the first night so we did not sleep in one of the rooms. I texted Larry in the morning and he came while we were out to look at it and "clean" the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we got back that evening we saw a mouse and felt so uncomfortable that we packed up and drove home. It was a real disappointment.
Larry was a wonderful attentive host. Quick clear communication. Wonderful place to bring your fur family members. Nice trails for them to burn off some pent up travel energy. Great hiking nearby and plenty of small town charm in the area as well to explore. Or just be intown for a college visit or twoâŠ. ;)
