Hi John, Thank you for your review— we're so glad your group had a great time overall and enjoyed the property! We're truly sorry about the issues with the grill and outlets, especially given the importance of your medical device. We’ve shared your comments with our team to prevent similar issues in the future and are also reviewing our follow-up process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

Hi Thomas, We appreciate your feedback and the time you took to provide us with a review; however, in the emails we send out we do include the information you mentioned in regards to what we supply. For any additional items, a request prior to your arrival may have been accommodated. As a reminder, Stellar Beach Rental's includes a roll of toilet tissue per restroom, a roll of paper towels per kitchen, two trash bags for the kitchen, a trash bag for each restroom, two kitchen towels, a laundry detergent & dish detergent, hand soap, dish soap, a dish sponge, and two keurig cups. These items are not meant to supply the entirety of your stay, but allow our guests to kick off their vacation with the essentials. Most, if not all guests, will typically visit the store prior to arrival to purchase necessary items as some of our properties can accommodate up to 30 people at one time. We do our best to ensure guests are aware of what we supply approximately 1 week prior to arrival to avoid any unnecessary purchases and to inform on what will be readily available upon arrival.
