Bienvenue à "OceanBrook," le premier mot en bord de mer de qualité Maine locations de vacances. Notre composé de vacances de trois unités unique, situé au coeur du quartier historique de Ocean Park et le parc Jordan Marsh, est idéalement situé à proximité de renommée plage de sable fin de sept mile de Maine sur Saco Bay. Et son juste trois à cinq minutes à pied (2 blocs) à la plage. trois unités de haute qualité de OceanBrook sont disponibles pour location à la semaine semaine et multiples de la dernière semaine de Juin à la première semaine de Septembre. (Our Summer haute saison.) Pour le reste de l'année, un séjour minimum de deux (2) nuits est exigé pour l'une de nos trois unités.
Lorsque vous n'êtes pas profiter de la plage, vous pourrez vous détendre sur les terrasses latérales marais pour des collations ou un barbecue. Alors que OceanBrook est situé au milieu d'Ocean Park, son emplacement unique sur le refuge faunique protégée fournit un sentiment d'intimité que vous détendre à l'ombre sous les saules d'épandage et de bouleaux. Si vous voulez explorer, OceanBrook est idéalement situé sur la côte sud du Maine, à quelques minutes de la Maine Turnpike.
En outre, il y a amplement de stationnement hors rue invité (2 places attribuées par unité) avec quelques places de parking pour les visiteurs.

Excellent beach vacay stay!

We loved this comfortable and convenient home two blocks from the beach! Joel and his wife were very accommodating and made everything comfortable and easy for us. Very clean, very comfortable, and great for a group. We enjoyed the yard and the screened in porch in the evenings. We would stay again!

Fantastic location, pictures do not do it justice. Sunroom looking over the marsh is wonderful, two blocks to beach, 4 to the Soda Fountain. Everything comfortable and in good working order, plenty of AC capacity even when the temp spiked to 92. Communication with owner was easy and effective. Basically a perfect Ocean Park property. Strongest recommendation.

This property was excellent and wish we had more time to enjoy its surroundings. It was very clean and very well equipped. We were in the upper unit of the rear house. Only downfall was that there was no bathroom on the second floor of the unit. Don’t remember if that was in the listing but was not a problem for us.

My family and I had a great stay here in Ocean Park. It is a great location! Close to the beach and to the center of town. The unit was super clean and had e everything you needed!! Joel was great to deal with too! Would definitely stay there again!

We LOVE Maine

We've been coming to OOB for more than 50 years. This was the first time we rented a house so our kids could stay with us. We love the location. The house has everything we needed and more. Well-appointed, clean, comfortable. It can accommodate a family with many options. No one needs to crash on the floor! We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Pre 4th of July Annual visit to Old Orchard Beach

We have been staying in the Old Orchard Beach area over the last three years in three different location each time. This visit to the Ocean Beach area and this home is our favorite. Joel and Jane were so nice. Joel met us there the first day and made sure that we knew all about the property and sites. We even met Rocky one of the turtles that come with the property:) We stayed with our two grown children and our four grandchildren and had a blast. Ty

Great place

Perfect location! Just a couple of blocks from the beach. Plenty of room in the condo. Up stairs bedrooms have three bunks which makes it Great for children Two bedrooms on main floor, sunroom is wonderful to have your morning coffee watching the ducks and cranes in the morning. The kitchen has everything and more that you will need. Had a wonderful time with neighboring family members.. you can’t go wrong renting this beautiful condo.

Lovely Little Gem

This was a beautiful property in a perfect location for our trip. Walking distance to the beach and close to hop on a highway an explore. Plenty of room for a large family and the home was equipped with everything we needed to make us comfortable. Joel was wonderful in communicating and very accommodating. The views were outstanding from the sun room. We had a lovely time.

Maine in the Fall was Beautiful

The weather was perfect, the days warm and the evenings were cool. We loved the 7 mile beach and Ocean Park was very "Maine Coastal". Our Vrbo hosts were the best with lots of information for the area and we loved Joe. The condo was perfect for our stay with 4 bedrooms and 5 TVs. We spent 4 days and 3 nights and it was perfect for me and my 3 college friends who get together every few years.

Wonderful time!

My husband, brother and sister-in-law and I had an amazing time! We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and how quiet and beautiful it was! We also loved all the places to go especially the Portland lighthouse, “Giant’s Stairs” in Harpswell and the lobster at Gurnet’s Trading Company. The host was very responsive to any questions I had, the home was extremely clean, and quiet. We originally we’re going to have our adult kids join us to use the upstairs twin beds but only ended up needing the two downstairs bedrooms. The screened porch was our favorite room:) We all commented on how nice it was to have the beautiful marsh field next door. We would definitely return to this rental!! Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family getaway

We stayed at Joel and Jane’s property for a week long family holiday. We were 5 grownups and 3 kids (12, 5, and 3). The space was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortably. And the sun porch was a lovely spot to read or play “Go Fish!”. I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental. Thanks Joel and Jane!

Great House, Excellent Location!

The Ocean Park house was immaculately clean, comfortably furnished, well equipped, which made for a very pleasant stay for our family group of eight adults and a four year old. The outside area is unique and expands the living area if the weather permits, and the beach is just a couple blocks away! We would definitely stay here again when visiting this part of Maine.

Beautiful Property

The house was beautiful, it had everything we could of needed and very clean. Location was perfect, we walked to the beach daily. Property owners were very accommodating and easy to reach with any questions. We will definitely try to stay there again on our next trip to Maine.

Close to a nice beach, not too crowded (note- no lifeguard nearby). It was a little crowded for our group of 8, but the outdoor space downstairs was great to spread out a bit. The kitchen was totally stocked - we cooked in a lot and had everything we needed. The owners are onsite and helpful. Overall great beach house.

Relaxing with Mother Nature

Entertainment was provided by the squirrels, chipmunks, birds, ducks, AND Hank, the turtle. Each day there was something new to watch! The experience was enhanced by Joel and Jane, who were marvelous hosts. Very friendly and attentive!

Joel greeted me and explained everything we might need including providing some directions. We had a wonderful stay, the beach is only a 3-4 minute walk and the property is landscaped to enjoy time outside by the little steam near the house as well. Would stay here again :)

Jane and I both came from small coastal Maine communities, Lubec and Peaks Island, Maine respectively. After a lifetime of work, (HR professional and attorney) friends, two wonderful children and four grandchildren, we have been blessed to returned to the comfort of small town America here in Ocean Park while still within minutes to all the amenities that the Southern Maine community has to offer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The accommodations, gardens and patios at OceanBrook border on the privacy and quiet of Jordan Park Marsh and you're just minutes from the beach. OceanBrook gets its name from the ocean fed stream that ebbs and flows with the tide and provides salt water to Jordan Park Marsh. And, while OceanBrook is located in the serenity of the Ocean Park community, it is just one mile to the hustle, bustle, and excitement of downtown Old Orchard Beach. And if you have a yen for exploring, OceanBrook is conveniently located just minutes off Exit 36 of the Maine Turnpike and is centrally located on the Southern Maine coast. We love OceanBrook at Ocean Park because every day here feels like your on vacation.
When we found OceanBrook the main house and rear camps were in desperate need of repair. But oh, what a location and what potential. The front building underwent a complete renovation. A new foundation was added and the building was stripped to the bare walls. After adding additional framing, all new systems added. The result was an all new 106 year-old building. The rear camps were removed and replaced with a new building in 2010. Over the last 11 seasons, gardens, patios, stonewalls and other amenities have been added to make our vacation spot complete (Although we manage to add a new feature or two each year.)

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

OceanBrook's Rear Upper unit is a four bedroom; two bath, 1,200 square foot apartment on two levels which provides a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, also with a breakfast bar. The open concept living/dining/kitchen opens on to an enclosed three season front porch which overlooks Jordan Park Marsh. The living/dining area has vaulted ceiling with décor lighting and large ceiling fan. The unit has ceramic tile and hardwood flooring throughout. For your comfort and convenience, this tastefully appointed unit has four air conditioned bedrooms with memory foam beds. There are two second floor bedrooms with queen beds and the master bedroom has a full private bath. Two third floor air conditioned bedrooms have twin beds. As additional features, the apartment has its own water service with continuous on demand hot water, cable, WiFi high speed internet, flat screen televisions, front load, full capacity washer and dryer, and off-street parking for two cars per unit. Additional space is available for an overnight guest, as well. The grounds have multiple gardens, patios, dining areas and barbecues, as well as nighttime safety and decorative landscape lighting.
