Bienvenue à "OceanBrook", le premier mot de la qualité des locations de vacances en bord de mer dans le Maine. Notre complexe de vacances unique de trois unités, situé au cœur de l'Ocean Park et du Jordan Park Marsh, est idéalement situé près de la célèbre plage de sable de sept miles du Maine sur la baie de Saco. Et c'est à seulement trois à cinq minutes à pied (2 pâtés de maisons) de la plage. Les trois unités de haute qualité d'OceanBrook sont disponibles pour des locations à la semaine et à plusieurs semaines de la dernière semaine de juin à la première semaine de septembre. (Notre haute saison d'été.) Pour le reste de l'année, il y a une exigence de séjour minimum de trois (3) nuits pour l'une de nos trois unités.
Lorsque vous ne profitez pas de la plage, vous pouvez vous détendre sur les patios côté marais pour des collations ou un barbecue. Alors qu'OceanBrook est situé au milieu d'Ocean Park, son emplacement unique sur le refuge faunique protégé offre un sentiment d'intimité lorsque vous vous détendez à l'ombre sous les saules et les bouleaux. Si vous voulez explorer, OceanBrook est idéalement situé sur la côte sud du Maine, à quelques minutes du Maine Turnpike.
De plus, il y a un grand parking pour les clients hors rue (2 espaces attribués par unité) avec un parking supplémentaire pour les visiteurs.

Beautiful rental

My wife and I joined my parents for our anniversary weekend, and had a wonderful time at Joel and Jane’s house. It is very well equipped, great location, and a beautiful rental unit.

Great weeklong stay

Had a great stay at OceanBrook, with easy access to the beach just a couple blocks away. Also just a few blocks from the sandwich shop, pizza, and soda fountain for evening ice cream, and an easy ~1 mile walk to the pier. It was especially helpful having a washer/dryer in the unit, and there were also beach chairs and boogie boards provided. The two enclosed porches were also great features. Joel was very responsive and helpful with communication both before and during our stay. We'd be happy to come back for a return visit!

Lovely 2 Bedroom 2 Bath with Fantastic Location!

The indoor space was clean and efficient. We found everything we needed. Loved the natural setting outdoor space with numerous birds , animals and the turtles did not disappoint! Very pleasant short walk to the beach. I would definately come back again!

Perfection

We loved staying at Jane and Joel's property in Ocean Park. The little ones loved the wildlife refuge and looking for Rocky the Turtle. My husband and I loved the easy walk to the beach and the adorable downtown area to get ice cream and coffee. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The two porches were the best spot to have coffee or sit and read. Plus, washer/dryer in unit was awesome since we we're traveling with our two young kids. Truly perfect. Thank you!

Excellent location

We had a lovely week in OOB with a family of 4. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the booking, check-in and check-out process. The best part of the property is its proximity to the beach—short, 4-5 minute walk (even with two small ones and a wagon). The location is also nice given its distance from downtown OOB which can be a lot. The only downside of the rear buildings downstairs unit is the noise from the separate upstairs unit. If there’s a small group of early to bed folks, you’re probably fine, but bigger groups inherently make more noise. Would advise hosts to get some pads for the bottoms of the chairs, tables, beds, etc. up there—would make a nice improvement!

Close proximity

Nice place, very accommodating and comfortable. It was close to town and the beach was gorgeous and just a short walk up the road. However, we did have to vacuum up some spiders in corners so that was an issue and we had a bottom unit and the people upstairs were very loud.

Wonderful! Marvelous! Fantastic!

Our family had the most perfect family reunion / vacation at Joel and Jane's beautiful home. Every detail exceeded what we had hoped for, and everyone was thrilled with our lovely getaway. Communication with Joel was very easy and he made himself available when we needed him. When I first saw the ad on VRBO, I reached out about the place because my husband and I were bringing my parents, who are in their 90s, to Maine and I needed to know about if it was a single level facility and other questions like that. Joel got back to me right away with all the info I needed and more! Very courteous and prompt! We look forward to future visits to Ocean Park and hope to stay here again! We couldn't ask for a better home away from home.

Great location

We had a family reunion and the house was great. Lots of room & flexible sleeping arrangements. The location is awesome. It's close to the OOB town center, but feels remote. It's about 2 blocks to the beach, which is extends for miles and is gorgeous. Jane and Joel were very responsive. We would definitely do this again.

Nice and quiet location

Nice and cosy property, very convenient. Adjacent to a marsh, which makes for great bird watching. The house has all the amenities. Just a short walk to the beach. Joel was a very pleasant host, made sure everything was ok.

Great stay! Will definitely book again if we return to the area.

This place was great! We were lucky enough to get this rental because of a cancellation. My husband & I & our 3 kids (17, 13 & 10) loved staying here! Pros: Joel welcomed us & gave us lots of tips about favorite restaurants & ice cream places & was happy to help with any of our questions during our stay. The location by the marsh is so relaxing & enjoyable. We loved watching the birds, including ducks & egrets, squirrels, chipmunks & even a muskrat swimming in the edge of the marsh. The location is very peaceful compared to the Old Orchard Beach strip which was very congested & populated. It’s close enough to enjoy the activities & restaurants, but far enough away to avoid the noise. We had never been to OOB & we felt lucky that we didn’t rent a place in the busy area. A very easy walk to the beach. Beach was not super busy & the packed sand was great for walking when the tide was out. Kids loved playing & swimming.. House was very clean & had all the amenities we needed. Cons: Heard noise from upstairs guests. I’m very sensitive to noise like that & there were a lot of ppl upstairs & they seemed to be home when we were. It didn’t bother the others in my family. Wouldn’t keep us from returning.

Good Stay

We had best beach experience. Just one block away. The house was clean and the owner was great and helpful. The house had all utilities like kitchen utensils, variety coffee machines, towels ,air condition,laundry etc. The only things that was not provided was shampoo, body wash and no condiments in kitchen which may be coz of covid. I only mention this bcos we were provided all these things at other places we have visited . Otherwise we really enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful serene stay on the marsh, short walk to the ocean!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in Ocean Park at this beautiful property. We were there for 4 days with our 4 kids and they had a blast scoping out all the animals that came and went daily from the marsh. We were just a few minute walk to the beach and made numerous trips there every day due to its proximity and ease of access. The home was clean, well equipped with necessities and the owners were lovely and helpful with everything we needed. We hope to return to this lovely spot in the future!

Jane and I both came from small coastal Maine communities, Lubec and Peaks Island, Maine respectively. After a lifetime of work, (attorney and HR professional) friends, two wonderful children and four grandchildren, we have been blessed to returned to the comfort of small town America here in Ocean Park while still within minutes to all the amenities that the Southern Maine community has to offer.

OceanBrook gets its name from the ocean fed stream that ebbs and flows with the tide and provides salt water to Jordan Park Marsh. And, while OceanBrook is located in the serenity of the Ocean Park community, it is just one mile to the hustle, bustle, and excitement of downtown Old Orchard Beach. And if you have a yen for exploring, OceanBrook is conveniently located just minutes off Exit 36 of the Maine Turnpike and is centrally located on the Southern Maine coast. We love OceanBrook at Ocean Park because every day here feels like your on vacation.

OceanBrook's Rear lower unit is a two bedroom; two bath, 900 square foot apartment which provides a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, also with a breakfast bar. The open concept living/dining/kitchen opens on to an enclosed three season front porch which overlooks Jordan Park Marsh. The unit has ceramic tile and hardwood flooring throughout. For your comfort and convenience, this tastefully appointed unit has two air conditioned bedrooms with memory foam beds. The front bedroom opens on to another enclosed three season porch overlooking the marsh. The rear bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, with a private bath . As additional features, the apartment has its own water service with continuous on demand hot water, cable, WiFi high speed internet, flat screen televisions throughout, front load washer and dryer, and off street parking for two cars per unit. Additional space is available for off street guest parking, as well. The grounds have multiple gardens, patios, dining areas and barbecues, as well as nighttime safety and decorative landscape lighting.
