Resort Registration
All guests are required by Wapato Point Resort to register their guests, vehicles, and watercraft prior to arrival.
A registration link will be sent before your stay. The Designated Responsible Person (DRP) must complete the registration and ensure all guests comply with Wapato Point Resort Rules & Regulations throughout the stay.

Minimum Stay Requirements
September–June: 2-night minimum
Holiday weekends: 3-night minimum
June 25–September 1: 5-night minimum
Extended Stay Discounts
10% off weekly stays
25% off monthly stays

Stays longer than 14 days require a mid-stay cleaning, which will be scheduled and charged accordingly.

House Rules
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
No pets
No parties or events
No smoking, vaping, marijuana, tobacco products, or e-cigarettes anywhere inside the home or on the property
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Wood stove is unavailable for guest use
Detached garage is not available for guest use

To help us maintain the home for all guests, unauthorized pets, smoking, parties, or exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional cleaning charges, fees, or termination of the reservation.

If anything needs attention upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Hot Tub
Our private hot tub is one of our guests' favorite amenities. It is professionally cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule for your enjoyment.

For everyone's safety and enjoyment:
-Use at your own risk
-No diving
-Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult
-No glass containers or food in the hot tub
-Toddlers must wear swim diapers
-Please shower before entering to rinse off lotions, oils, sand, and dirt
-Always replace the cover and latch after use
-Proper swimwear is required

*If the hot tub must be drained and refilled due to misuse, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Wildlife
Wapato Point is home to deer, raccoons, geese, birds, and other local wildlife. Please help preserve the natural environment by not feeding wildlife and by keeping food and garbage secured.

Security
Exterior security cameras monitor the front entry and deck entrance for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.
