Perfect for two couples. Pet friendly and very clean house. Perfect location. Extra parking beside the house which helped us since we brought a trailer for our golf cart.

The address and communication was poor. You had teenagers staying above us that were loud and unruly. I won’t be using your company as a place to visit there ever again.

Wonderful stay and perfect little getaway for the weekend. Instructions were very clear for arrival and departure, the space was a little dated in some areas but very clean and we would definitely stay again.

Everything was as shown. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Boat even updated is on warming station since we were there during a cold weather event. Would stay again!

2 out of 5 starsFor more than 300 a night, this place didn’t come close to meeting expectations. The location was average. The outdoor grill was nice in theory, but the mosquitoes were so bad that using it was miserable. The WiFi barely worked, only one room had air conditioning, and the walls and ceiling were paper thin.We weren’t told another group would be staying directly above us, and we constantly heard walking and furniture dragging overhead. The listing also didn’t disclose that the laundry area attached to our unit was shared. An upstairs guest knocked after the host sent them over about accessing it, which made our dogs bark and woke our sleeping infant.Parking was also poorly arranged. Another vehicle blocked in our rental golf cart, leaving us unable to use it.The queen mattress was manufactured in 2017 and was badly sunken in the middle, causing both of us to roll toward the center. When we lost the remote inside the couch, I reached between the cushions and noticed a slight urine smell along with trash, candy wrappers, packaging and someone else’s hairbrush.We also found cockroaches inside the dishwasher and an electrical outlet pulling away from the wall. The water was hot, cleaning supplies were provided and the grill was a nice idea, but those positives didn’t make up for the cleanliness, noise, comfort, parking, safety and disclosure issues. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Wrong address listed, the one listed didn’t include the drive so gps took us a mile away. someone did a quick vacuum around the place but left dust/hair under furniture before we arrived. It has all the amenities and in convenient location. Not bad

Here’s a smoother version with a cohesive flow and a few minor clarifications:Loved the property! A fenced-in yard would have made it perfect, especially since the dogs were happy to have an open field right next door. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness is that both the upstairs and downstairs units were left dirty. Once the property manager was informed, she was very attentive and helpful. The neighboring pool can get loud on weekends, so I’d recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I’d still recommend it since it’s within walking distance of the beach and tucked away in a secluded spot.

Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation & enjoyed our stay. The location worked well for our plans, & once settled, the property was comfortable & a great home base for our week in Port Aransas.There were a few items that future guests & management may want to be aware of. Before arriving, I specifically called to confirm whether our unit was upstairs or downstairs because I was traveling with three grandchildren & wanted to plan accordingly for luggage & groceries. I was told we were assigned to the upstairs unit. When we arrived, the entry code did not work, & after speaking with a local representative, we entered what we believed was our unit. We unloaded & nearly finished unpacking before being informed that we were actually in the wrong unit & our assigned unit was downstairs. We then moved everything to the correct unit & were able to get settled in. The listing advertised a king and queen bed; however, both beds are full-size. I chose this property based in part on the sleeping arrangements, so accurate bed descriptions are helpful for planning. The rollaway bed also has a damaged frame that collapsed & scratched my grandchild & should be repaired or replaced. The first night, we had a harmless scorpion in one of the bedrooms, he was relocated. Despite these issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay & made great memories. Greater clarity during check-in, accurate bed descriptions, and attention to the rollaway bed would make a better experience for future guests.
