flat screen TVs (48′ LED TV in Living Room and 40′ LED TVs in the main bedroom), comfy seating, and floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom has its own private door to the balcony and bathroom.

*OCCUPANCY AND ACCESS*
Unless otherwise specified, rates are based on an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom in the condominium (i.e., 6 people for a 6 BR condo). All guests must be identified on the reservation before check-in. Access to the condominium community is restricted to guests listed on the reservation.

House Rules for Your Stay
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow these rules:

Since we are located within the Croc's Casino Resort, we must abide by their guest policy which states:
Daytime (from 5:00AM to 10:00PM) Only guests who's names are on the reservation will be allowed on property.
Evening (from 10:00PM to 5:00AM) you may have any outside visitor(s) you like, they simply must provide their ID at the security checkpoint. However, unfortunately, Croc’s will charge you $50 for each unregistered guest.

You will be provided with card access keys for the elevator upon arrival. Failure to return these to us (leave inside condo) at the end of your stay will result in a $50 replacement fee per card.

**Registration with premises administration and Security**

Before your arrival, we have to send an email to the premises administration and security with the following information:
• a) Full names of all guests staying at the property.
• b) Clear images of guests’ IDs or passports.
• c) A copy of the house rules signed by the main guest.

Failure to provide this information may result in access restrictions to the property.
