This was our second stay and highly recommend Walnut Grove Guesthouse. This charming two bedroom house is perfect for our visits to Knoxville. Located nea
My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!
Jaclyn was a great host. The property was stocked with everything you could need, very thoughtful. The place was clean, well decorated, with great accommodations. Jaclyn was also very flexible during the booking process.
We stayed at this adorable cottage while visiting UT for grad school. It was only 15 minutes away to campus. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed! It was decorated really cute and it felt like we were staying in a cute fairy tale cottage. Owner was super kind and helpful too!! Highly recommend!!
This was my second stay at this property. Jaclyn is a great host who thinks of all the little things that make her guests feel right at home. Quiet, relaxing house where you can unwind after your day exploring Knoxville. Highly recommend this property!
Perfect location, close to campus but far enough to be out of the crowd. Jaclyn provided everything and more that we could have needed for our weekend!
We so enjoyed our one night in the cottage! The owner was precious and kind, and went to great lengths to make us feel at home. The special touches throughout the cottage were enjoyed and appreciated. Even the doggy treats were a surprise and so thoughtful. We highly recommend a stay at this property!
This Mountain Cottage is absolutely beautiful. Communication was outstanding, the place is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is incredibly well appointed with some seriously high quality tools, the furniture is also high quality and beautiful. The bed last night was incredibly comfortable! This is an absolute 10 out of 10. Also, the views are *stunning* and the little fenced-in yard is adorable. Honestly, I'm absolutely amazed and delighted and we will definitely be back to this place
This is the second time staying here as one of our stop overs heading back to Michigan from Florida. Jaclyn is so thoughtful and helpful. The guest house is adorable and very cozy. Jaclyn provides so many nice touches, like dog treats and snacks for guests. And the view from their property is stunning! Highly recommend.
We enjoyed the extra attention to detail our host, Jackie! She had dog treats, paws towel, and personal greeting to our family. She accommodated our requests graciously!
Jaclyn was a gracious hostess and the home is so cozy! Clean, beautiful views, comfortable, and felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Jaclyn was super responsive and welcoming. She puts a lot of effort into making your stay easy and enjoyable and i would love to stay again next time!
This adorable cottage sits on a hill with a spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sunrises were photo worthy! Host was so nice and helpful. Very clean with pet friendly atmosphere That I appreciate so much! Will hopefully come back one day!
I am a wife to a wonderful husband, and a mother to 2 beautiful children that keep me on my toes every moment of the day! We work hard so we can play hard! We are an easy-going family and enjoy the simple things in life, like going to the lake, or playing outside in the yard. We love wine, cooking, football (Go VOLS!!!) and entertaining with/for our family and friends. We found our "forever" home in beautiful, historic Fountain City (Knoxville) and we are living happily ever after! Our "forever home" came with a guest house and we are excited to share it with our old and new family and friends!
