I understand how frustrating this must have been and deeply regret the inconvenience it caused. To express my sincere apologies, I issued a $200 refund as a gesture of goodwill. As for the boxes in the garage, I understand how unexpected details like that can impact perceptions. While the garage isn’t a listed guest area, I’ll take steps to ensure it’s more presentable in the future. I also noticed that the additional cleaning required due to pet hair added extra time and costs for my cleaning team. While I strive to accommodate all guests, I kindly ask that future guests with pets consider this as part of maintaining the home for everyone’s enjoyment.
