725 SQ FT total space, plus a large balcony with breakfast seating.
The best floor plan on Panama City Beach. Spectacular views from any room in the unit. This second floor condo at Long Beach Resort is located in tower 4, one of the nicest and most exclusive resorts in Panama City Beach! With the location of this resort, it is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a Super Walmart right across the street! Large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), onsite bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, and jet ski rental on site (seasonal) as well as 24 hour gated access and security. The living room and bedroom have flat screen smart TV's and Blu-ray or DVD.

Good news! The gym is now open to owners and guests. It is open 24/7 with a passcode you receive from the kiosk at the door to the gym. Instructions have been posted on how to access the code. You will need to electronically sign the gym waiver as part of getting access to the code. Located in Tower 3 on the ground level.

There is a King Size bed in the master and a sleeper sofa in the living room. New linens/towels in this condo, all beds have high count cotton sheets! The living/dining area and Master bedroom open onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 feet of private, white sandy beach. This is a NON-SMOKING unit (NO SMOKING ON BALCONY), Pets NOT Allowed, and Renter must be 25 or older.

Great girls' getaway!

Owner was great, unit was great, weather was beyond perfect! Only issue was the hot mess the beach service has become, took us 2 days to find out which chairs were included in our rental! As always, PCB definitely delivered a beautiful stay!

Beauty and Peace at Panama city's Long Beach

What a wonderful stay we had at Long Beach! It clearly is more modern than many buildings, beautifully appointed inside and out. The room was amazing, had a great balcony view. The ocean sounds were so therapeutic! The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit firm. The shower was great! Overall, a great, beautiful, restful experience!

Amazing family honeymoon

My husband and stepson celebrated our new marriage for the week of 4th of July and it was an amazing stay! The condo was spacious for the three of us and had amazing views. It was clean, and so comfy. All of our questions were answered immediately and Jennifer was a dream host. We will be back for sure! I recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, fun stay!

Long Beach Resort Condo

This condo was perfect. It was the right size for my husband and 18 year old daughter. It has everything you need, even double AA batteries for the handheld frother I purchased during my stay! Being on the 2nd floor was perfect because you can take the stairs when you come and go, instead of waiting on the elevator. Thanks for allowing us to have a great stay!

Awesome Vacation Location!

Headed to Panama City Beach hoping to get some rest and relaxation. That is exactly what we got! Condo was absolutely perfect—great location (amazing view!), beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless! Had breakfast each morning on the deck while watching and listening to the ocean. Then made our way down to the beach (just steps from the condo) to our beach chairs and umbrella—what an added bonus! Thank you for sharing your condo with us for the week.

Wonderful Place for Our 53rd Wedding Anniversary

We had a 5 star experience, at this 5 star location, with a 5 star host. This beach condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable,and has a tremendous view of the beach and aqua colored water. It has a lovely balcony where we ate our dinners while enjoying the cool breeze and the changing colors of the sky at sunset. We couldn’t easily see the sun going down from the balcony, but one evening we watched from the beach. The large bathroom with 2 rooms- a good sized toilet/shower/tub room, and an adjoining, large room with 2 sinks and a long counter.The condo is on the second floor (actually it’s on the 3rd level because the lowest level is called the ground floor) which makes it closer to the beach and yet gives you privacy while on the balcony. Jennifer, the host, is amazing.She answered all my many questions very promptly, and she provides complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella for her guests use. You might find it helpful to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Ideal Beach Getaway

Condo size and location is perfect for a couple looking to unwind. Beautiful unobstructed views from living/kitchen and bedroom. Covered curved balcony is the perfect spot for breakfast and watching dolphins and the sunset. Huge dressing/double vanity area. Comfortable bed and linens/towels. Access to the beach was just steps away from the elevator. So nice to have two lounge chairs and an umbrella provided and set up on the beach every day! We will make this our new repeat condo. Only item lacking for us was a pitcher to hold ice tea! The tub is a huge soaking tub. Would have preferred walk in shower. Had to be careful climbing over the extra wide and tall edge. Tub has a drainage problem as noted by other renters. Slow to drain and gathers around feet quickly. Leaves a scum between each bather. Maybe bring Draino! Other than that it is truly a perfect condo for 2 people. Much bigger and newer/fresher looking than what photos show. Also just 10 minutes from many well known fish restaurants and 3 minutes from a Super Walmart to get all groceries and things forgotten.

Ken and I (Jennifer) have realized our life long dream of owning a condo on the Gulf Coast. We hope we can share our home with you.
After many years of hard work, we have retired. Ken is the previous owner of a Trucking company and Jennifer was previously a Software Engineer.
We lived in Gwinnett County, Georgia for over 30 years and have recently built our retirement home in South Alabama.
We have 2 married children and 5 sweet grand babies.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The views in this entire unit are just AMAZING!

Even though Long Beach Resort is right in the middle of all of the action, when you are on the resort grounds, you feel right at home.
Not crowded like neighboring beach areas. The pools are fabulous. The snack shack is very convenient.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have updated the cabinets, as well as the granite countertops.
Brand new balcony furniture (High Top table and chairs for 2.)
We have refreshed the paint and some of the furniture.
The bedspreads, pillows, sheets, towels and blankets are all new.
