Ce domaine du milieu du siècle est le refuge par excellence du désert! Situé dans le désert de South Palm, à quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants d'El Paseo (Rodeo Drive of the Desert), de renommée mondiale.

Conçu architecturalement dans les années 50, mais mis à jour avec toutes les commodités et rendez-vous modernes d'aujourd'hui.
Jardin luxuriant de style complexe avec piscine à l'entrée de la plage / spa jacuzzi / cascade de roche. Confidentialité complète !!
Le salon a des murs de verre donnant sur les patios et la piscine. Allumez les brumisateurs ces jours chauds!
La grande salle est parfaite pour se divertir avec une télévision à écran plat de 60 ', des fauteuils club surdimensionnés, un canapé modulable et une salle à manger pour 8 personnes.

Il y a beaucoup de meubles d'extérieur pour se détendre, grand ensemble de salle à manger, chaises longues, barbecue à gaz tous merveilleux pour se divertir.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un barbecue en plein air ou un repas gastronomique pour tout le groupe. Four double en acier inoxydable, plaque de cuisson et réfrigérateur côte à côte.
Les trois chambres king size sont équipées de luxueux lits king-size avec tous les meilleurs draps et serviettes. Les trois chambres ont leurs propres patios, téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble numérique et Internet haute vitesse.

Quiet fun oasis

We were looking for a quiet retreat to get away from a harsh Midwest winter. We couldn’t have been more delighted with the experience that awaited us for the month of April 2023. The home was welcoming and plenty of amenities to enhance our stay. Doug and Janet were quick to address any issues no matter how minor. We spent most days in the pool area. So nicely appointed and private. The walk in pool was a bit steep but wonderful. We’re hoping to make a return trip. Whole heartedly recommend.

Spacious, clean, and everything that you need.

This property wowed us once we finally got to tour around the home. Excellent location and close to many restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous. We wanted to stay in the pool or relax in the living room/our own rooms whenever we weren’t in the rental (my friends and I came for Coachella). Doug is a wonderful host and replies quickly. The kitchen is huge and we had all the necessary tools needed to cook. Quiet and clean neighborhood. I would definitely book this home again if I were in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality again!

Wonderful!!

South Palm Desert Private Oasis is just that - an exquisite piece of paradise in the desert. I have rented many beautiful homes in the past 30 years in PS, but by far, this one is stunning. The grounds are beautifully kept; the homeowners have pride in their property. The bedrooms are nicely appointed with comfortable beds and nice pillows; each has its own full bathroom. The kitchen is a cook's dream - you don't need to leave the property if you don't want to. It is also very quiet, notwithstanding it's convenient location to all the shops and El Paseo; the only constant you hear are the chirping of birds and the hum of the hummingbirds :) We will definitely be back!

True oasis, perfect location!

My family stayed over the New Year and had such a wonderful time. The house was chic and comfortable and the yard felt like a tropical paradise. The location was great for shopping, movies, hiking, adventure; we hardly had to spend any time driving places (nothing worse than long car rides/traffic!) and we mostly just chilled out at the house and cooked, played games, and spent time in the pool and hot tub. Just what we needed for a getaway. We have stayed in Palm Springs in the past and I was really impressed with the vibe of Palm Desert - really great for a family with diverse interests. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough great things about this property!

We had a great time. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub, took a quick dip in the pool and laid out in the sun. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The beds were comfortable and had very nice quality sheets. The owner had excellent communication with us. There were great instructions at the condo. Thank you again for an excellent stay. Cheers. Wonderful home. Perfect location for a family vaca.

Beautiful home for our family to rest & relax. Five minutes to the best restaurants & shopping. Hiking trails close at hand. Owner is most accommodating & generous with their time. The pool & hot tub were ideal for our needs. Morning yoga on the patio helped to start our days.

Beautiful, clean, central

This property was gorgeous. 6 of us stayed comfortably. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable! The kitchen was spacious. The best part was the back yard. The pool was amazing!!! And the misters were the perfect touch. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful Home In the Heart of Palm Desert (Will Not Disappoint)

This home is absolutely beautiful. The inside is decorated very nicely. Each of the three rooms has a certain charm to them. It was more spacious than expected. The main room towards the front of the home has a very nice patio to soak in the morning sun with some coffee. The backyard was a mini oasis. The pool and jacuzzi were bigger than the photos display. Definitely enjoy and take advantage of it. We were there during the Coachella weekend and found ourselves still there in the late afternoons because we did not want to leave. As for the owner (Doug), he was fantastic and very responsive.

From the time we turned the corner at the garage, to head to the front door, we were impressed!

Such a private entertaining home with a beautiful relaxing spa like back yard. Our family loved everything this property had to offer. The privacy and sense of security allowed the whole family to relax and interact like no other vacation we have had. We will be booking again in the near future. Thanks Doug for the use of such an incredible property.

The house is beautiful and located perfectly.

This home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice! Each room has a cute style from the Madonna bathroom to the Audrey Hepburn bedroom. We had an amazing girls weeekend and couldn't thank Doug enough for allowing us to use their home. Great location to El Paseo shops, restaurants and grocery store to stock up. The pool is amazing with its own little resort haven. Definitely a great home and would absolutely return!

Our Very Own Paradise!!!

This house is absolutely amazing! Super clean and cute inside. True Palm Springs/Desert feel. Has everything you would need to complete your stay. The beds are super cozy, the kitchen has everything. The cherry on top however is the private tropical oasis. The backyard and pool are lovely. We spent 90% of our stay enjoying the nice desert sun in the pool with our kids. They had a blast!!! There is a grocery store and Starbucks right down the street less than 2 minutes away. Close to dining and other shops as well. Doug is the most responsive and accommodating host. Made sure everything was good when we got there and I had a question to which I received a response in less than 5 minutes. We WILL be back for sure and recommend this house to couples or families alike looking for their own private resort style getaway. Thank you Doug for your hospitality and this amazing house!

Perfect house for our family

We had a great stay at Doug's house in Palm Desert. There were bedrooms and bathrooms for us all, and the house was well-appointed and super comfortable. We had a lovely time hanging out at the pool and grilling dinners for the family. The backyard was gorgeous and very private...it felt like our own little spa retreat! We will definitely be back!

Comfortable and stylish Palm Desert Oasis

My wife and I came here and met up with her brother and sister and their spouses for three nights of chilling, swimming, spa-ing and eating. The house and grounds are so accommodating and charming. It was hot (around 106) so we spent a lot of time indoors, but we were there to be with each other and the house really was perfect for that. And it's so close to great restaurants. Also, my brother in law's wife is wheelchair bound and the house was no problem whatsoever. TVs in every room, living room great for hanging out, awesome kitchen for cooking and hanging. All dealings with the owner were as easy and personable as you could possibly want. Thanks Doug! I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this very special place!

Perfect stay in a great location!

This was my second time staying at this property. The house has everything one needs to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Palm Desert. The house is extremely clean and the location is great with a very private backyard. The pool and spa are perfect for relaxing in the desert heat. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The owners of the house are responsive and professional. I highly recommend staying at this house and I would definitely return.

Week of Sun and Relaxation

This home is ideal for a family, individuals or three couples to enjoy and relax in a private and comfortable environment. My wife and I along with two other couples arrived and we able to let ourselves in with the instructions from the owner. Once inside we found the home, pool, spa, and back garden in perfect condition. During our stay we combined cooking at home along with some meals nearby. El Paseo Drive is a brief walk from the home and other activities like hiking, visiting attractions, and golf are a short drive/Uber/Lyft away. I will definitely rent this home again next season. Next time it will be for a much longer stay. Just perfect. Interactions with the owner were extremely pleasant and rewarding. If you're considering a trip it's a definite must rent!

Wow beautiful!!!!!

My wife and I stayed for 6 spectacular weeks, the house is very comfortable. If the kitchen doesn't have it you don't need it. Large flat screen Tv's in all bedrooms, TV in living room is 60 plus inches, with DVR. If you think the pictures of the backyard look incredible, wait until you arrive, this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Arranging our arrival was very easy and comfortable, Doug and Mike were always quick respond if we had any questions, I would highly recommend this property, and will hopefully have the opportunity to return. Great Palm Desert Home!

This was our second year renting this home. We love it! It is spacious, comfortable, and in a great location near El Paseo. The kitchen is stocked well with every need and it's so nice to arrive knowing that basic supplies are there for your convenience. The patio/pool area is just beautiful and very private. Three spacious bedrooms accommodate so well for any guests. Most importantly the owners are so easy to work with and will help with any concerns or needs. How nice they were! We hope to come back next year. You will love it here!

Amazing Place

We had a great experience during our stay in the desert for a softball tournament with 2 of our children. They were able to relax between games in the jacuzzi and rest up comfortably in bedrooms that were design to accommodate us all. Part of the team came over one evening and were amazed at the pool, jacuzzi and a living room that could satisfy any sports fan or movie goer. It was very clean, spacious and worth returning for another stay.

Away from it all!!

We happened upon this great little oasis and decided to take a last minute getaway. Just returning home we find ourselves wanting to return as soon as we get the chance. The backyard setting with the pool, spa and lush gardens make this home feel like you are away from it all! Yet, less than 5 minutes to El Paseo shopping, dining or just taking a walk around the neighborhood is very pleasing!! Thanks so much and can't wait to return.

Great place

We had never been to the Palm Desert area so had no idea where to stay. We hit the jackpot with this house. It's beautiful! We had 3 couples so each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great! We were close to a grocery store, restaurants, high-end shopping (boutiques and specialty stores)and traditional stores like Macy's, TJ Maxx, Chicos, Marshalls, and Home Goods. The guys found the golf courses to be within 5-10 minutes of the house. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous! Very private back yard with a nice grill and eating area. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. Doug was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend-would absolutely book it again. Also recommend Kelly's yogurt-we went there every night : )
