Notre petit bungalow artisanal des années 1920 à San Antonio, au Texas, est situé dans le quartier historique du roi William, qui fait partie du quartier animé des arts de Southtown. Nous sommes à une courte distance de marche des lieux touristiques, à savoir Alamo, Riverwalk et Hemisphere Park (environ 1 km). Mais si vous n'êtes pas d'humeur à marcher, l'arrêt de bus Via n ° 11 est à quelques pas de notre porte d'entrée. Il vous conduira à travers le centre-ville et même jusqu'à The Pearl. Il fonctionne jusqu'à 23 heures. Il y a aussi une station BCycle à proximité pour le partage de vélos. Il y a des tas d'excellents restaurants, bars et brasseries de spécialités à proximité ainsi et tous sont à distance de marche du bungalow. Vous êtes à quelques pas de l'action, mais si vous choisissez de rester à l'intérieur, vous disposez d'un petit oasis privé et calme à votre disposition.

Beautiful jewel of a house

We loved staying here. Christine did everything to make us comfortable and the location is perfect with lots of restaurants closeby, and an easy walk to the Riverwalk. I look forward to staying here again.

A Wonderful House in a Special Neighborhood

How great to be right in the heart of the King William neighborhood in San Antonio! Restaurants, art galleries, wonderful architecture , great walkable place!! Part of San Antonio the average tourist never gets to see. Fantastic!

Absolutely the best place to stay in San Antonio

A wonderful bungalow in the King William District that is perfect for one or two couples, or a small family. Everything you need is at your fingertips and it so centrally located that you can walk to all the downtown sites—with easy access to the riverwalk. Christine is a great communicator and responded quickly to our questions. Made us feel tight at home. Highly recommended!!

San Antonio Bungalow

This well decorated and appointed bungalow was a perfect setting for our stay in San Antonio! It was very close to the King William’s area and the river walk. The host was fantastic and super responsive. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

Christine was a super great host. Her communication was excellent. In addition the home was not only clean and presented well, but small amenities abound. The location was in the heart of the King William's district and within easy walking distance of so much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A perfect place to stay for 2 couples. Comfortable place to just relax and hang out with friends while also convenient to the Riverwalk, dining and other site seeing spots. A very cozy and clean cottage with great amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the architecture of the neighborhood as well. Highly recommend!

Cozy Bungalow with Great Location

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy bungalow. Christine was very accommodating and helpful with answering our questions. She added so many special touches that made it so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night in the comfortable chairs. The neighborhood is near restaurants and Riverwalk. We enjoyed the churros right next door at the food truck. The beds were very comfortable and decor was very nice. We highly recommend this rental to anyone who enjoys a quiet and relaxing place to stay while in San Antonio.

Charming historic bungalow and neighborhood

We fell in love with the vibrant King William neighborhoid and this comfortable, charming bungalow. We were able to quickly walk to downtown as well as through one of the oldest and most beautiful historic neighborhoods right outside our front door. The house felt very safe, and it was well furnished and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the big roomy fridge, great range and ample kitchen equipment. There are interesting restaurants, shops and bakeries very near and it was quite easy to get on the Mission bike trail a few blocks away.

A San Antonio Gem

This bungalow was just right for our Christmas stay in San Antonio!! First, the location is sooo close to the Riverwalk & restaurants. The house is cozy, yet roomy enough for the four of us (again, all adults). The owners have thoughtfully prepared the rental with so many extras(toiletries, insect repellents, “noise” machines for sleep, ring security, off street parking, local info - books & pamphlets, backyard patio amenities, great beds and linens, bottled water, and more). The only thing to be aware of is the claw foot tub/shower - so if mobility is an issue, that needs to be taken into consideration. Overall - just a perfect spot for our SA, TX vacation!!

We had the BEST stay at this property! It was within walking distance to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and several restaurants right down the road. A couple blocks down from a super pretty stroll down King Williams Street. We loved the location of this home...but also the charming features of the home itself... it has everything you need here! Our family had an amazing time here and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location and place

I would recommend this place to anyone. The charming cottage was just right for our family of four. We girls (3) had to share a bathroom but each room had a mirror which was helpful with getting ready and makeup. They thought of everything. The beds and pillows were very nice as well - that’s important to me with back issues. Kitchen was stocked if you need to prepare anything. Overall great place and location. And the coffee at the shop next door was phenomenal and locally grown. Owner was quick to reply to messages as wel. A++

This lovely home is the perfect place to stay to experience the King William/Southtown district of San Antonio. We were in walking distance of everything - coffee, shopping, restaurants - and it was all outstanding. Our check-in and check-out went smoothly thanks to Christine's quick communication. And she provides all the basics you might need during your stay. We will absolutely book this home again!

Charming + Location = Winner!

What a terrific place to stay! Within easy walking distance to start on the quiet end of River Walk and meander your way uptown, and just steps away to local restaurants, it couldn't be a better location. The house is utterly charming with a lovely fenced in courtyard. Very comfortable, impeccably clean, with attention to detail. Highly recommend—unless you book when I want to go back! : )

Historic town with good food and excellent house

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house which felt very warm and cozy. We enjoyed our walks to the River walk and the Alamo and other sightseeing places. The house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated which made us feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this place. Christine paid attention to all details and is very kind and understanding. My husband and I have lived in many different countries and are avid travellers. We are smitten with our little neighborhood of King William because of the history, the walkability of the area, the quality restaurants, cafes, and bars right outside our door and the ease of getting to and from the airport. We think it's the best area in San Antonio and hope you will feel at home in our little bungalow.

We love the bungalow because it is tucked away on a side street but still right in the middle of everything. The craftsmen style with the original long leaf pine floors add to the charm of this unique home.
