Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment nestled in the serene neighborhood at 11th & College Ave. Perfectly situated just a stone's throw away from the University of Tulsa, this apartment offers convenience and comfort for both short-term stays and extended visits. Whether you're in town for business, pleasure, or academia, our 1-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient home away from home. Book your stay with us today and experience the best that Tulsa has to offer!
This just renovated property includes new kitchen cabinets, leathered granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. You'll enter the space into an open kitchen / living area with a countertop island great for dining. New flooring is found throughout the unit, as well as a redesigned bathroom with new vanity, backlit/anti fog mirror, toilet, and walk-in shower featuring large format tiles and rain shower head. Enjoy a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving, hanging rods and new washer and dryer. The furniture and decor were all just purchased for this space, and we've provided all the amenities you'll need for your stay. On the exterior, enjoy our new brick courtyard with fireplace, outdoor seating, dining and games.
Guests have private access to the entire unit, as well as shared access to the courtyard, including the fireplace and seating and dining areas.
