EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT! Brookside, Cherry Street, EXPO et Gathering place! Nous sommes parfaitement situés pour un accès facile aux meilleurs quartiers au cœur de Midtown Tulsa. Cet espace a tout pour plaire!

Il s'agit d'un appartement en sous-sol avec seulement une entrée extérieure et ne se connecte pas à l'intérieur de la maison. Il y a beaucoup de lumière et cela ne ressemble pas à un sous-sol. C'est environ 500 pieds carrés. Nous pouvons fournir pack & play ou d'autres articles nécessaires pour le séjour des enfants, faites-nous savoir ce dont vous avez besoin. Il y a un lit king size et un futon. Récemment rénové avec du granit, de nouveaux appareils, etc. Toutes les commodités fournies pour profiter de votre séjour d'une station de café aux jeux un jour de pluie.

This property offers an excellent central Tulsa location in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to downtown, the river path, Cheery street, Utica Square, Phillbrooke, and other places on the map. The studio is tastefully appointed and comfortable. The staff responded to questions and concerns within minutes. This is an exceptionally clean and reasonably priced location. I highly recommend it!

Perfect location for our weekend getaway. Property was just as listed and the neighborhood was so pretty. We had rain for our weekend so couldn’t enjoy the lovely outdoor space. Would have been nice to have had a rug at the door to wipe our wet feet on when entering. Communication with host was exceptional.

Good value, well stocked, excellent area of Tulsa

Stayed here for a brief midweek business trip. The unit is a walk out half basement below the main home, but your entrance is completely away from other common entries. The comments about the access are accurate, this is not a property for anyone with mobility issues. That being said if you are in decent shape this is a great location, safe neighborhood, great value for the money.

Wonderful experience!

Lovely space, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Great location in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Close to the Brookside and the river front. Host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!!

Thanksgiving Escape

My husband and I loved staying here over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect oasis from a busy week. We enjoyed the large, studio-style setup of the apartment. The owners provided everything we needed from tiny creamers for coffee, well labeled drawers throughout, and a fully appointed kitchen for our use. Will definitely stay again when in Tulsa!

Family get together

Lovely, comfortable place. We will stay there again next time we come to town to visit family. Entry would be easier if there was a paved path to the door. It was rainy and a little muddy walk to get to door. Other than that, cozy place! Emily helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Convenient for “Overflow Guests”

We had a family wedding, and several out-of-town family members, so we rented this VRBO for one couple. They seemed to enjoy it, although the hosts were not available when they stayed there. The location was very convenient.

Great spot for a quick getaway

Emily was so great and helpful every step of the process. She was very communicative, and even helped us right away when we had a maintenance issue. We only stayed for about 30 hours, but the space was perfect for our quick trip to Tulsa! The pictures are accurate, and the check in/check out process was smooth and seamless. Thank you Emily and John for opening up your home to us!
