When you enter the house, you’ll find a cozy living room, with 2 comfortable sofas, as well as a large flatscreen TV—perfect for getting together to watch the big game or a movie.

The kitchen and dining areas are located off the living room. The nicely equipped kitchen boasts plenty of cabinet space and all the appliances needed to make meals for your group. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area, which features a table with seating for 6.

Palmwood Paradise boasts a lovely front porch with Adirondack chairs, as well as additional outdoor seating. The large backyard features a fire-pit—ideal for gathering around in the evening. There is also a charcoal grill in the yard if you’d like to prepare your meals al fresco.

After a day exploring Tybee, get some rest in one of 3 well-appointed bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, a dresser, and closet. There is a bathroom just down the hall with a shower-over-tub.

The second bedroom is perfect for kids, and comes replete with 2 twin beds, a flatscreen TV, a small closet, and a dresser.

The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a dresser.

By the back entrance to the home there is another bathroom with a shower.

The beach is just a short two and a half minute walk from the front door and there are beach chairs and umbrella’s available for rent. Enjoy the brand new public bathroom and showers, a snack bar and North Beach Grill - a full service restaurant and bar (you can bring drinks on the beach - just NO glass). The new fabulous Tybee Island Marine Science Center is in the parking area near the North Beach Grill. Touch tanks and local marine life on display. Across from beach is the Tybee Island Lighthouse where you can climb to the top or visit the museum. Bikes are available to rent at several locations on the Island and they deliver as well. There is parking for a maximum of 4 cars.

For your convenience, Palmwood Paradise is equipped with a washer and dryer.

No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
