When you’re not out exploring the eclectic city or catching some rays at the beach, this home is an ideal place to unwind and spend even more memorable moments together.

The comfortable living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating and a smart TV where you can stream all your favorite shows or movies, never missing an episode. The dining room table can seat 4 whether you enjoy homecooked meals here or host a fun night of cocktails and card games. The efficient kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, single serve coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware. While quaint in nature, you won’t have any problem finding everything you need here for any of your mealtime requirements.

This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests. The private bedroom includes a full size bed with fresh linens and soft blankets, a work desk, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower. Guests may choose to bring along an air mattress for additional sleeping space, with total occupancy up to 4 guests.

• There is a Ring doorbell on the entrance. There is also a camera on the garage monitoring the driveway.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
