Immerse yourself in a stunning piece of Lake Geneva history. Sleep like a Queen (or King) in this beautifully renovated Colonial Revival built in 1876. Nestled in a cozy neighborhood steps from Main Street, this home has been tastefully refurbished while preserving as much of the timeless and nostalgic charm as possible. Just steps away from popular wedding venue, Horticultural Hall! Walking distance from shopping, wining, dining, beaching and boat rentals. There are three separate units on the property- reserve one, two or all three depending on the size and needs of your group. Perfect for weddings, family reunions and all special gatherings!

This listing is for the entire back house. Here, you will find two levels in total consisting of two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Day beds in the entryway and king bedroom provide two additional sleeping spots for guests. This unit can comfortably accommodate up to six vacationers. For larger groups, consider renting this unit in addition to the upper or lower in the main house, just steps away (see other listings)!

When we first arrived we were very confused on which door to enter. I ended up having to call and the man kept saying black door but all the doors were dark navy not black. I ended up being able to use my code to enter the main house but to my surprise there were people living in there & I knew it was wrong because it didn’t look like any of the pictures. There was a large house with about 4 doors and then the “carriage house” which is the fancy way to say renovated detached garage. It was clean and cute but all the floors are uneven throughout the house & the dehumidifier had to be changed out at least 4 times a day. They also kept the fan running on the thermostat & we didn’t realize until the first night we were all constantly complaining how cold it was even for upstairs. It was an amazing 2 block walk to the beach and marina. We very much enjoyed the location. There was a kids park less than a black away which was great for our kids to get out their energy at night.

Fabulous House. Great Location.

This was my best Vrbo experience to date. The house was exceptionally clean, there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided, and the beds were comfortable. The location to access downtown Lake Geneva was perfect. We could walk everywhere. The communication was solid. I would absolutely stay at this property again. Everything inside the house was so comfortable. Thanks!

Fresh and clean, welcoming with the tv screen and music, lovely and very comfortable… we are sticklers for clean… and the Carriage House is exceptional!!!Very comfortable beds…. Great shower… thank you for the hangars! Perhaps some hooks to hang up your towels after showers and a table or dresser in the king room to place some things on… Great lighting and great mirrors in a number of spots!Came for a sibling’s weekend getaway… this was really great…. We walked everywhere…. Thank you for the fresh welcome and delight!!!!

The carriage house was a perfect place to stay for our girls weekend . Super cute and clean ! It had plenty of space and sleeping areas . We only needed to sleep three but it would comfortably sleep 6 . The only draw back it had one bathroom upstairs , nothing on the main floor which might be rough for someone with physical limitations to go up and down stairs . I would book this again ! So convenient to walk 5 min to downtown and it had parking so we never once paid a meter to park downtown . There was also a local market across the alley that the church puts on every Thursday that we really enjoyed as well . The price point was a little higher then we wanted to pay but it was well worth it .

Great beachy house in town in Lake Geneva. The house was clean and very comfy. Nice beds, lots of towels, good kitchen and room for plenty. We walked into town in 5 minutes. The farmers market was there on Thursday, very nice. We went to a swing dance class at the horticultural center. Great stay! We would certainly stay again, location was excellent.
