Condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain sur le premier fairway du célèbre parcours PGA des Bermudes Dunes, ancienne demeure du Bob Hope Classic. Récemment rénové 1628 pieds carrés, avec terrasse sur le parcours de golf et un patio privé séparé adjacent aux chambres. Admirez la vue fantastique sur le parcours de golf et les montagnes depuis le confort du canapé ou profitez des températures clémentes du patio! Choisissez des pamplemousses et des citrons frais dans vos propres arbres! Il y a même un putting green dans le patio arrière avec un retour de balle électrique.

Peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes dans 2 chambres (lits king et California King) et un canapé confortable dans le salon.

Rez-de-chaussée - tous de plain-pied pour un accès facile. À quelques pas de deux piscines communautaires (dont une chauffée).

Elle comprend une télévision par câble haute définition (avec HBO et Showtime) sur les télévisions à écran plat du salon et de la chambre principale, ainsi qu'une grande bibliothèque de DVD. Wi-Fi gratuit, avec un ordinateur portable et une imprimante à jet d'encre pour votre usage.

Great Location But Needs a Refresh

Great location with excellent golf course views; located on Hole #1 of the Bermuda Dunes Classic 1 nine. It’s a short walk to the club & practice facility. The owner was very responsive, especially the husband (Mark). However, this place needs a major update of everything from the furniture to the soft goods, several appliances, and even the utilities, which we had to have repaired during our stay. We would not stay here again.

Summer in Bermuda Dunes

Spent the summer in Bermuda Dunes with our son working a summer job. The 2 bedroom condo on the golf course was perfect. A comfortable, tranquil environment made our stay special. The condo was close to everything we needed. A short ride into downtown Palm Springs. We totally enjoyed our summer here.

We just spent a wonderful month in this fantastic condo on the first fairway of the Classic 1 course at the beautiful Bermuda Dunes Country Club. Everything is as described ... fully stocked kitchen, loads of towels, comfy beds, etc. Jo is extremely easy to deal with and was very responsive to any of our needs. We highly recommend this property!!

Bermuda Dunes Stay

We had a great month at this property.. check in process smooth and lovely to be looking out onto the sunny fairway. The condo was generally clean… a couple of small things .. the BBQ needs replacing.. very dirty .. also main oven needed a clean. The master bed really loudly squeaked .. on the wardrobe side only . These are small reasons .. the condo was very well equipped and had sun all day on the deck. We know the golf club well and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay at this condo.

Bermuda Dunes was a wonderful place to vacation! Hosts are excellent, staff super friendly! Loved sitting in front patio with the grapefruit lemon trees listening to the water fountain! On the back patio we had loads of sun and entertainment on the first hole of the golf course! Pool is very close! We highly recommend Bermuda Dunes for a vacation spot! We will be back! Thankyou Mark &Jo!

Quiet & Peaceful

This is a very spacious condo facing the first fairway of the golf course with a beautifully sunny patio, making it very serene, quiet & peaceful. Both beds are very comfortable, and the pool is a short walk away. The grounds are extremely well kept and people are all friendly. A new fridge was being delivered as we left and we are hoping that the wall oven will be next as it was older & a bit awkward to set and cook with. Jo is lovely to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Great home away from home!

We stayed here for several months while my husband worked in town. The communication with Jo was awesome and she was always available for questions! The location to the pool was literally just steps away. The neighbors are all awesome and friendly. The fruit trees in the enclosed patio are amazing and fun. The kitchen is fully stocked and the owners have done a wonderful job to have every amenity in the unit that you would have at your own home. We felt completely safe here and the location can’t be beat. I would have to say one of the best things for this location is the view of the mountains and watching the golfers. For being on a golf course it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location on golf course at Bermuda Dunes Country Club with great views across the course to the mountains in the distance. So fun to wake up in the morning and see snow in the mountains as you sit in the warmth of the sun at the course. Condo is as pictured and described - with some upgrades to outside patio furniture and grill. Owners excellent to deal with, responsive to any unexpected questions, although most everything was covered in welcome notebook. Handy desk area behind doors to the left of fireplace. Association staff and neighbors very friendly. Grapefruit were excellent, enjoyed them daily. Pool close by for easy use. Bikes available for use and being a gated community easy to ride on the street or take long walks without worrying about a lot of traffic. Golf can be arranged for additional fee at BDCC or lots of other courses in the area. Handy location to all the area has to offer. Welcome basket was a nice surprise. Highly recommend - this is our second year of renting - looking forward to another year! Thanks for sharing your property!

Loved the location and size of this home

The views of the golf course and mountains make this location special. We loved the mid-century design with floor to ceiling windows. Located on the fairway of the 1st hole at the Bermuda Dunes Country Club this 2bd, 2br home is adequately described in the listing description and photos. The owner Jo was extremely responsive and helpful and provided a book of instructions for wifi, tv and everything you will need to know. The property was in good condition and clean, except the carpet had spots and ideally could use a cleaning. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Incredible View!

This unit has the most beautiful view of the 1st fairway and La Quinta mountains. Everything is upgraded and very comfortable. It's centrally located and has easy access to La Quinta and Palm Desert. The owners are very easy to work with and will help in any way. Large Master with walk-in closet. Nice Kitchen that opens to large living room. 5 stars!

Winter getaway

This is an older condo but nicely renovated and in such a beautiful setting on the Bermuda Dunes Golf Course. It is very spacious and comfortable with homey touches like access to a computer, printer, and a DVD library. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are modernized. Well equipped for having a cocktail party! The kitchen appliances were the weak point but in no way detracted from the stay. Being a golfer and the condo being on the first fairway I felt like I was viewing a piece of history during the Bob Hope Classic days. The heated pool was great and it was mostly private for my guest and I. We are from Alaska and everyone else thought it was too chilly I guess! I would recommend this vrbo as a good value and easy access to everything.

I would rate this unit as excellent, the unit was very clean and bright and spacious. We are not golfers but we enjoyed the golfers cruising around. Very nice Landlords, easy to talk to. The location is ideal, close to almost everything. If you use the garage there is plenty of parking for visitors plus free parking on the road. Since we are planning to go to Bermuda Dunes in November 2014 again, we are looking forward renting the unit from Jo and Mark again.

Pleasant experience

I would rate this as "good +". I had a few minor hiccups, all of which I could have pursued (and the landlords were extremely accomodating), but since this was a temporary one month stay, I didn't pursue them since they didn't detract from my experience overall. The bedrooms were comfortable, ample closet space. They provided Internet access and print (although the print cartridge immediately went empty). If you don't use the garage space, you will frequently have to park on the street (only 4 guest spots available otherwise). A nice, private retreat off the master bedroom, but would have been nice to have patio furniture to enjoy the setting. Still, it was easy to find, location wise (both within the complex, as well as off the highway) and close to 3 strip malls with grocery and drug stores. Well maintained; roomier than I expected for the square footage noted and the photographs. The community pool is very close. Garbage is picked up daily. The hot water was interesting. You have to run the water more than expected initially, in the master bath, because the distance of the room to the water heater apparently impacts how quickly you get hot water. Still, nothing insurmountable but first thing in the morning, you could be awoken in a quick hurry from a cold water splash. You just have to know the "secret" to its operation! Best of all, the landlords were very easy to work with and always quick to respond to questions or concerns. I would recommend this rental.

Mark is from Huntsville, Alabama, and Jo is from the Los Angeles area. We met in London, England, but recently moved back to the U.S. We have two little girls - a toddler and a baby girl - who love the views of the golf course and the mountains!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Although we are both American, we were living in London and wanted a home base in the U.S., close to family in L.A. We found this condo and we fell in love with its views and location. Now we are based just a couple of hours away in Santa Monica and try to visit as often as we can. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love sitting in the living room and just enjoying the magnificent golf course view, with the mountains in the distance, especially at sunset. We also enjoy having a relaxing dinner on the patio with a nice bottle of wine!
