Your Beachfront Hideaway Studio

Welcome to our beachfront studio on Papamoa Beach.

This cosy, self-contained studio is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families looking for a relaxing stay by the ocean. Enjoy direct beach access, beautiful sea views, and a spacious deck where you can unwind and take in the beachfront setting.

The studio features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and an equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. A sofa can also be converted into a futon bed, making it suitable for an additional guest or younger children. If you would like to use the futon, please let us know when booking so we can provide extra linen.

Guests also have access to the beachfront swimming pool, perfect for enjoying during the warmer months.

Please note:

• The studio accommodates 2 guests comfortably, with the futon available as an additional sleeping option if required.

• Travelling with a larger group? The studio can be connected to the neighbouring two-bedroom unit via an internal door. The door remains locked for privacy during standard bookings; however, larger groups can enquire about booking both spaces together, subject to availability.

• The deck is shared with the neighbouring unit. When both accommodations are occupied, other guests may also be enjoying the outdoor space.

• A neighbouring property is currently undergoing renovation work. There may occasionally be some daytime construction noise. Works are expected to be completed by mid-July.

• Family-friendly accommodation. Not suitable for parties or events.
