Profitez d'une escapade romantique avec une promenade au coucher du soleil, des étoiles sans fin et un feu confortable.
Conçu pour les aventures en famille, regardez les agneaux jouer à travers la fenêtre, rencontrez Mara la chèvre, Larry le mouton, nos veaux élevés à 4 mains et découvrez le grand balançoire!

En bordure de route, avec parking privé, tout a été conçu pour votre confort et pour préserver notre environnement.
La ferme est une habitation de 60m2, entourée de terres agricoles mais à seulement 5-10 minutes en voiture de la plage, des restaurants, des cafés et des magasins. Comme il est flambant neuf, il est chaleureux et confortable avec le double vitrage et est rattaché à un petit entrepôt / bureau. Il est donc idéal pour une famille de 4 à 5 ou 3 adultes.
Nous sommes hors du réseau, utilisant l'énergie solaire pour des vacances sans culpabilité. Détendez-vous et profitez de l'espace, avec de nouveaux lits super confortables, des oreillers, des matelas et laissez-vous bercer par la moreporks locale ..!

Le logement entier est pour votre usage privé, avec un grand espace extérieur privé disponible, plus pour les enfants, il y a quelques balançoires amusantes à une courte distance de marche.
Faites-nous savoir si vous avez des enfants qui arrivent et nous amènerons notre chèvre, nos moutons et nos veaux apprivoisés pour les accompagner dans le paddock adjacent. Ils adorent les caresses et nous pouvons leur donner à manger à la main. Nous avons plusieurs options de housse de couette pour que votre enfant puisse choisir avant de venir!

Perfect Place!

We stayed with our kids for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The animals, the outdoor place and all the games werde just amazing! Would strongly recommend this beautiful place!

Home Stay accommodation

We came up north for a concert in Auckland but decided to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle. The Farm Stay was the perfect choice and we even discovered it was next door to the Pāpāmoa Hills walk! Great location, lovely facilities, will definitely book again.

Best Farmstay Experience

Perfect place for our holiday. Kids enjoyed meeting and feeding the animals. Helped ourselves to the mandarin/oranges that the host graciously offered. The unit is cosy and has everything we needed. The big lawn is perfect for our badminton games. Very happy with our stay. Thanks.

Modern friendly farm stay

Great location close to beaches also shopping centre. Accomodation were very comfortable and modern! Friendly farm animals and big field for my dog to run around! We just loved it!

Fantastic Place

Fantastic place to stay that’s close enough to everything but feels like you’re away from it all. Great for those with kids as there is heaps of room to run around, animals to see, trampoline and toys. Place was modern, clean and spacious with everything you need. Owners were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Perfect HQ for our family while we were visiting Friends and Fam and spending some time around Tauranga and surrounding areas. The kids absolutely loved the animals and the property. Close to shops and beach and easy to access all the Bay of Plenty offers.

Great family spot

Nice semi rural location only a few minutes drive from Papamoa. Kids loved being able to feed the 'bunnies', baa's and 'moo's'. We loved the fact we could sit and read a book whilst keeping an eye on the kids playing on the large lawn.

Wonderful sanctuary

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even better that it was dog friendly, my schnauzer was in heaven! Host was great, place was clean, everything was driving distance. Would definitely be a wonderful place to bring younger children! Will be back!

Great property, so clean & everything you need in a holiday property. Plenty of room for our 3 boys to play football. They loved feeding the rabbits & chickens & collecting fresh eggs every day. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful location!

We had a lovely stay. It is the most perfect spot if you have young kids. The outdoor area is massive! Great for letting your kids run about, kick and ball etc. The farm animals were friendly. My 4 and 1 year old loved feeding the rabbits each day and collecting eggs from the chickens. The home was very comfortable. Beautifully clean and had everything we needed. We would happly stay again. Thanks Nina and Peter for providing a relaxing holiday home for our young family.

Everything we expected and more

Had a great 3 night stay at this property. The property had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and well stocked with all the things needed to cook. The farm animals were a treat for the kids. We had an issue with the stove not turning on properly and the owner addressed it right away. Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Stay

This is a wonderful property with absolutely lovely hosts. The home gives a nice modern feel and was very clean and welcoming. Fresh eggs and pet rabbits, sheep, cows, and goats Mara and Wednesday are there to happily greet you each morning. If you like hiking this property is a 2 minute walk to Papamoa hills. It’s close enough to the towns of Papamoa and Mount Maunganui so that they are convenient for shopping etc., but it’s also far enough that you get a rural farm vibe with beautiful farm animals. We highly recommend this property.

Hands Down the BEST of our NZ Stays

If you ask my family what their favourite part of our entire trip to New Zealand was, they say it was our farm stay! We were in NZ for 3 weeks and we stayed here for almost a whole week, and it could have easily been all 3. Not only is it a great place to base yourself out of - a short drive to beaches, mountains, waterfalls, etc., but it's also an amazing place to call home. Where do I even begin! Let's start with the most gracious and welcoming hosts. From the moment we landed on their front door step (as we didn't read directions for how to get to our rental), they were so welcoming and helpful. With a full orientation of the farm, a prompt introduction to all the wonderful animals, and to the fresh eggs, milk and recommendations, we settled in quickly. The two-bedroom modular home is spacious, has everything you could ever need, and the best part? The peace, quiet and unobstructed views of the stars!Honestly, we would go back to NZ just to stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Awesome stay for families and couples

We had a lovely weekend at the farm stay. The place is amazing, with lovely views of the Papamoa Hills and the animals. Everything was spot cleaned and thought to detail. You have everything you need, from wood for the fireplace, coffee machine (which make our mornings even cosier) heat pump, comfy beds, super clean toilet, board games for kids and adults, to a trampoline for the kids, food to feed the animals, fresh eggs in the morning... It was the best weekend ever for our little man and for us. It's in a great location to go for a short or longer walk around the Papamoa Hills. Easy communication with Nina and Smith and flexible with the check out. We highly recommend the stay to everyone, families or couples. Definitely will come back if we have a long weekend off. Thanks!!!!!

I am originally a Mount Maunganui local, who after a number of years travelling and living overseas, was lucky enough to come back home and settle down in this very unique piece of Papamoa Paradise, with my husband Pete and our two teenage boys. When our boys were young, we tried to find holiday stays like this, where our kids could interact with nature and animals.,, so it was only natural to create this rural escape and become a host!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have always loved Papamoa and the Mount and when we first saw this bare piece land 10 years ago, we leapt at the chance to make it ours. I am a vet and so a 17 acre lifestyle block with lots of pet animals seemed perfect for us!
There is so much to do in this area, with the worlds best beaches a 7 minute drive away, lots of beautiful walks out our back door, let alone great cafes, restaurants, shops and a short drive away, Lake Rotoiti and Rotorua with all they have to offer!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property is truly unique, given its location so close to town and beautiful beaches, but away from the busyness of those same places. It is right next door to beautiful walks in the papamoa hills, that lead to 360 degree views of coast and surrounds - truly incredible at sunset and sunrise and right on your doorstep! By day there are cicadas and birdsong to listen to and at night it is so quiet and peaceful … and the stars are something else, particularly for those used to the city!
We have planted over 22000 natives and our own house is off the grid, although the accommodation is on a mixture of solar and mains power. We have done as much as we can to be environmentally friendly and sustainable, with a grey water system for waste etc.
