The property was amazing and worked so well to entertain a large group. There’s plenty of room for everybody to hang out but also have separation into their own areas if needed. Everything in the house was very well stocked and top-notch. The host was very easy to communicate with and handled any issues we had promptly. We will definitely return to this property and use this Host again. Thank you so much for an excellent weekend!

We had an excellent stay at La Mariposa. Communication from the hosts was exceptional. Both the house and backyard were fantastic. This was the best quality interior of any house I have stayed at, the hosts thought of everything you might need for a successful stay.

The pictures and descriptions do not do this property justice. We rented the property for a work trip. There were 10 of us. Each had our own bedroom. The kitchen is incredible. An amazing layout with everything you could possibly want for a large group. The outdoor amenities were so cool! We would definitely recommend this property and would use it again ourselves if we have activities in the area in the future.

We just celebrated our daughter’s college graduation and had 13 family members staying at the house and guest house. The hosts were so responsive. The house and the backyard were in excellent condition and everything was so clean. Plenty of seating. We appreciated the large entertaining and dining areas. The kitchen was well equipped. All of the bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The large gated driveway makes it feel very private. It is also a great location with lots of grocery stores nearby. The hosts really thought of everything.

I would like leave the following review but it’s allowing me. This Austin -------- was truly exceptional and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a luxury retreat designed perfectly for families.The pool and putting green were standout features and kept everyone entertained, but what really impressed us was how thoughtfully the home was equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need — plenty of appliances, dishes, cookware, and space to comfortably accommodate our entire family during our New Year’s stay.Every detail was considered, from comfort to convenience. The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy time together without feeling crowded.We made unforgettable memories here and could not have chosen a better place to stay. If you’re looking for a place that truly goes above and beyond, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin.

Perfect property for entertaining!

We stayed with a group of 7 and used both houses. This is a perfect entertaining property! Great furnishings & decor! Spacious living room & kitchen space. The backyard is a dream! Property felt really secure with full fence & gated drives! The room with the bunk beds is actually adjoined to the master so it would make a great family type room as it isn’t its own room per se. We had plenty of space without using it! Lucas is great to communicate with and is very responsive! If you stay at this property you won’t be disappointed!

Exceeded Expectations

Stayed here four nights with our extended family of 24 people and it could not possibly have been better. The main home and guest house have both been very tastefully remodeled and beautifully decorated. Everything looked very new. Main house dining space has a large table with seating for 10, a large kitchen island with seating for six and another high-top table in an adjoining room that seats four. Primary bedroom is huge. The bunk room with four queen-sized bunk adjoins it and was ideal for one of our families with lots of kids. Bathrooms were also ample for our group. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a jack-and-jill bathroom setup and 5 bedrooms have access to three separate full hall baths. Pictures don’t do justice to the huge backyard of this property which features extensive artificial turf that was ideal for children to run and play on, plus the putting green. A very large deck surrounding a shade tree was ideal for an outdoor cookout for our entire group. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with both adults and children. The home sits very close to lots of different options for shopping and dining. Food delivery for our large group was very easy. As far as interaction with the property management, communication from Lucas was very clear and responses to inquiries were very quick and thorough. We look forward to our next visit to Austin and a return visit to this beautiful property.
