This beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo plus bunk is located on the 10th floor in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach at Boardwalk Beach Resort. It is within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls, and is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! Boardwalk Beach Resort offers guests a large resort style zero entry swimming pool (heated in the winter), two hot tubs, kiddie pool/play area, tiki bar and corner market, both open seasonally.

This unit has offers almost 800 square feet of beachfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's private balcony, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail while overlooking the beach. The master bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen television, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is also a bonus bunk nook, twin over twin, perfect for families traveling with children and a pull-out sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. For your convenience, the unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions. We provide 1 parking pass in the unit. If a second pass is needed, you can purchase for $55 at Security Guard Shack. Cash ONLY.
- Wristbands must be worn in pool area. We provide 6 in the unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- Guests do NOT have access to the Gym.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

PERFECT

Pictures are exactly as the condo looks. The top bunk beds DO have railings. Very clean, perfect view, pool was fun and clean, family oriented. Just overall the best place to stay!! 10/10

The condo was fabulous and super clean. The location is right on the beach and the pictures exactly depict what you get. The hosts thought of a lot of little things that made the stay amazing.

WE LOVE THE BOARDWALK!! It’s a wonderful place to stay!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is not our first time to stay at The Boardwalk. We love it that’s why we came back and we plan on staying again next year We enjoy the location and the pool and the beach and the people are friendly and we love that they have food and drink and it’s just all around a beautiful place and that’s why we keep coming back every year we had a wonderful experience and that’s why we keep coming back.

Loved it!!!

This was a great condo!! My girls absolutely loved the bunk beds and was in them the whole time!! Never wanted to come out of them!! Great location, we went during spring break and didn’t have to worry about the crowds like the other condos we stayed at before. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Was not so clean

As soon as we entered the condo took flip-flops off took 1 step had to put flip-flops and get a broom and start sweeping and got ready for bed went to brush my teeth and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain that well and had a order coming from it. Other than that it was ok we loved the recliners and where they were placed we was able to relax in the cool and enjoy the view of the gulf

Perfect for us .

The view from the balcony was beautiful . The condo was perfect for us . It was clean, all tho, I bought my own disinfectant wipes so I could wipe down door knobs and light fixtures. The check in/out process was pretty simple . Had plenty of cooking utensils and pans. This was the 2nd time renting a unit from the Boardwalk . Never had any problems.

Terrible check out experience

We enjoyed our stay very much with the exception of the check out process. At around 9 am I went down to the lobby to get a luggage cart and when I returned to the unit the door code would not work. I did not have one single thing in my hand. No phone, no keys, no ID. I panicked. I used my daughters phone to call the security desk and they told me I had to go down to RA to get a new code. I felt like the desk clerk was very dismissive about my concern. She did help me but was not apologetic at all about this problem. My daughter is diabetic and her insulin was in the room. This could have been a medical emergency. The clerk suggested that I must have checked in early which I did not. This was a very disturbing experience
