Welcome to the “Smoky Hollow”, newly built (2024) and decorated luxury 2 KING bedroom 2 bath cabin w/ huge loft (2 Bunk Beds w/ Trundles). Relax on the wrap around porch or in the private hot tub! Or play games including Basketball, Xbox, Pong Arcade 1up (includes Warlords, Tempest, Super Breakout, Atari, Destroyer, Havoc, Indy 500), & Connect4 in the loft!

Enjoy the resort amenities (Pool, Pavilion and Grill). This peaceful retreat is centrally located near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

RESORT ADMENDITIES:
✔Pool (Seasonal- Open from May to Labor Day).
Hrs: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. We cannot guarantee that the pool will be available for your stay. It may be closed for the season or closed for maintenance. We will communicate if the pool is expected to be close. The guest lanyards and vehicle tag will be provided by the Host. There is parking available.

KID FRIENDLY:
There is a Pack and Play w/ sheets and blanket, High Chair, Baby Bath Tub, Baby Gates (2), Cups, Plates, and Plastic Fork/Spoons.

OTHER:

Starter supplies include coffee and/or tea pods, dish wash pods, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and laundry detergent. We recommend bringing additional items for your stay.

Bedroom 1 w/ Fireplace: King Bedroom w/ roku TV and Master Bathroom| Bedroom 2: King Bedroom w/ roku TV| Loft: 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds w/ Trundle (sleeps 6).

INDOOR SPACE:
Smart (roku) TV/ Cable (Spectrum), Pong Arcade 1Up Arcade Game, Xbox w/ 2 rechargeable controllers, Basketball, Connect 4, and children books.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Wrap around Deck w/ two Adirondack chairs and couch. Hot Tub w/ color changing lights. Private and Community Charcoal Grill. Guests will need to provide charcoal. Please clean the grill after using with the brush provided.

KITCHEN SPACE:
Stainless Appliances (Microwave, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, and Fridge w/ ice maker). Small appliances include a Keurig Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Maker, Hand Mixer, Egg Cooker, Blender, Toaster, and Ninja Air Fryer. The island has four bar stools. The dining rm table has seating for 6 people.

PARKING:
Off Street Driveway (3-4 vehicles). Recommend parking at a slight angle to maximize the compacity. Please do not block the street. 🐞 Insects:

Our cabin is tucked into the beautiful Tennessee landscape, which means you’ll experience the sights, sounds—and sometimes the insects—of the outdoors. During seasonal transitions, ladybugs may appear inside the cabin. We take regular steps to keep the cabin clean and comfortable, but you may spot a friendly ladybug during your stay.
