We're glad you enjoyed the furnishings, décor, and amenities at Captain's Lodge, although we're disappointed that certain aspects of the cleanliness fell short of expectations. We take considerable pride in our home and work hard to provide a comfortable, well-maintained experience for every guest. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. The shower curtain has already been replaced with a new Clorox-branded, mold- and mildew-resistant curtain to help prevent this issue from recurring. We've also shared your other observations with our cleaning team to reinforce our turnover and inspection standards. Regarding the coffee maker, we provide a Ninja Luxe bean-to-cup espresso machine stocked with fresh whole beans for our guests. Because the machine grinds beans for each cup, some residual grounds can occasionally remain, though we agree the machine and surrounding area should be properly cleaned between stays. While we're disappointed these concerns affected your overall impression, we're grateful you enjoyed the home's furnishings and amenities.
