House Rules

No large parties or events: Violation of this rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No Smoking- Home is strictly non-smoking. If you choose to smoke in the outdoor areas, please keep doors closed and clean up any mess. Smoking inside the property will incur up to a $1000 extra cleaning fee.
No pets without prior approval. Unauthorized pets will incur an additional $200 fee per pet.
Must respect quiet neighborhood setting
Hot Tub for adult use 18+ only. Use at own risk. Hot tub must stay closed, and the cover must be locked when not in use. No glass in or near the hot tub. If glass is found in hot tub, there will be a $500 drain and refill fee. If cover is left off, there will be a $250 fee.
Outdoor heaters must be turned off when not in use. There will be a $250 fee for heaters left on for an extended time.
