The Space:
The private dock is an ideal spot to take a refreshing dip in the cooling waters, or sit back, relax, and drop in a fishing line in hopes of catching the evening’s dinner. A large deck providing plenty of outdoor seating options will put you at peace whether catching up on some reading or enjoying a meal or two al fresco. The home is also conveniently located just a few minutes from Mooresville city, where you’ll find an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. With so much to do and see in this outdoor-centric area, you’ll be delighted to return to a quiet, relaxing space at the end of a long day, and Dragonfly Cove is that and so much more.

Each of the two homes on this property has its own living room with comfortable sofa seating and smart TVs, either space suitable for hosting a group game night or individual movie screenings. There’ll be no reason to argue over what to watch! Enjoy mealtime together in the main home with indoor and outdoor dining seating for a combined 12. Each home also includes its own kitchen, fully equipped with all standard appliances, dual drip and Keurig coffee makers, cookware, and dinnerware for both light hors d’oeuvres and large dinners. Of course, the area also offers plenty of options for trying takeout from one of the many delicious local restaurants. No matter your appetite, these kitchens can accommodate it all.

Feeling competitive? The converted garage contains an energetic game room with ping pong, foosball, smart TV, and sofa seating. Turn on the big game, pour an afternoon cocktail or two, and enjoy endless hours of fun battling it out with one another.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and 2 queen size sofa sleepers. The main home contains 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, and the detached home contains 1 bedroom and sleeper sofa.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed in a bunk format.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The home also includes 1 additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well as a half bathroom.
