There are no real Lake View, while it can be a peek-a-boo, it's a limited view due to pine trees that block it.
Potential for hazardous road conditions in winter and air quality issues in summer; travel insurance is highly recommended.
Please make right turns only when exiting onto Highway 50 for safety.

Pet Policy:

Pets are subject to owner approval (additional fee applies). If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No cats allowed.
Absolutely no smoking; fines start at $500.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled 60 days before check-in.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for added protection.

Winter Prep:
Come equipped with winter tools like chains, ice scrapers, and a shovel.
Explore the nearby dog-friendly beaches in Lake Tahoe such as Kiva Beach, Zephyr Cove - North End, Skylandia State Park Beach, and more.

FIREWORKS POLICY

The use of fireworks on or near the property is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, a $1,000 fine from the house, and any applicable local fines or penalties. If you are found lighting fireworks, we will fully cooperate with local law enforcement.

Lost & Found Return Policy:
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.

Mountain Area & Utility Outage Notice:
Please be aware that this property is located in a mountain region, where occasional area-wide power, internet, cellular, and other utility interruptions may occur due to weather, wildfire-prevention measures, utility maintenance, infrastructure issues, or other circumstances beyond the Host's control.
By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that temporary utility interruptions are a possibility when staying in a mountain community and that uninterrupted utility service cannot be guaranteed.
The Host is not responsible for outages caused by utility providers or other circumstances outside the Host's reasonable control. Temporary area-wide utility outages that are not caused by a condition or failure specific to the property are not grounds for a host-issued refund or compensation.
If an outage occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide available information and assist guests; however, the timing of restoration is determined by the applicable utility or service provider.
