Ease of booking, everything you need already there. Location is PRIME, 30 second walk to beach, within 3 blocks walk of over a dozen great restaurants (Crab Bag, Higgins, Duffy's, Tequila Mockingbird, Pit and Pub, Ledo, Uber Bagels and more !) Thanks so much

The condo was wonderful, it was roomy for our family of four and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! The building amenities were super nice and very family friendly. We enjoyed both the indoor pool and the game room. Nancy was amazing! And that view!!! .Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your amazing place! The only thing we would change next time is to stay longer! Thank you so much and hope to stay again soon :-)

The communication with the owner was smooth, and the check-in process at the front desk was easy. The beach is less than a block away, and the building has a warm swimming pool, a ping-pong table, and many other games for families. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to cook or bake a great meal. It also features a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, which is a major plus.The location of the apartment is great within walking distance, there is a marketplace to buy groceries and essentials. There are also places like Starbucks, Chipotle, Playa Bowls, and more nearby. The area is quiet if you are looking for a peaceful vacation.While the balcony doesn't offer much privacy, it does have a good view. The only thing I was hoping for was a cleaner place; I found dog food in the kitchen and under the sofa, and the stove drip pans need to be replaced. Thank you

Condo by the beach

The place was very clean and decorated very nicely. Location is right by the each, unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of that. We enjoyed out short stay!!!!

We loved staying at the Maryland Hotel "Condos" for our Fall beach vacation and it was wonderful to have our dog with us. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for making a few home cooked meals. We spent the most time on the balcony watching the ocean and the sky and relaxing. The balcony furniture is very comfortable; we ate most of our meals out there too. We were happy to have a table top fan in the bedroom since there is no ceiling fan, and we were very glad to have an elevator in the building. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

From the start of this trip everything was just perfect. We knew we weren’t getting there until after 8pm and I received a call from the desk letting me know how to get into the building and our room. The room was great for our family of 4 and our family dog. We were less than a block from the beach which made it very easy to lug all our stuff down and was about 2 blocks from a beautiful park that was very dog friendly which was a life saver cause our little pooch was not having a no grass potty break! The condo was close enough for us to walk pretty much everywhere. The host was very quick to answer address our issue of our TV not working and quickly helped me resolve the issue. The condo was clean and the back patio was an amazing spot to enjoy anything from coffee to wine. We will definitely be booking again hopefully for the same week.
